So, I have had nightmare situations with other online retailers and the shipping company they used. But the Wooden Cork had an actual phone number with an actual person to help me!!! Tony was the rep that helped me with all of my questions and made sure they used Fed Ex to ship my products. The bottles arrived packed well & in perfect shape!! I’ve been trying really hard to find an online retailer I can trust and use consistently, thanks to Tony and his enthusiasm to help me feel confident in them, I have found it! I’ll absolutely use you guys again and I hope this goes well for decades!! Thank you

Great Service - Excellent packaging.

Wooden Cork turned out to be my only source for this highly regarded bottle of OGD 114 Single Barrel. I was impressed by that, as well as a lower-than-expected price. Ordering was straight-forward and I was able to specify the delivery service (UPS) I wanted to use. The bottle was shipped promptly, was well-packaged and arrived exactly when promised. Communication was also prompt and clear.

Wooden Cork went above and beyond to make sure my gift was delivered just how I wanted it delivered. I made a mistake at checkout and they replied to my email promptly and helped me fix my error. I will keep them in mind for my future wine and champagne orders!

Had to change my shipping address and they did it quickly and very nicely.

By accident I ordered another country sticker and in less than 5 minutes I recived an email stating that the sticker that I wanted on my bottle was changed.

I had an issue ordering on the website, so I picked up the phone with some trepidation. Tony answered, and when I explained the situation he immediately said “no problem sir, let’s go.” The last time I tried to order bourbon on the net, it was a rip off and calamity. Thankfully, Tony provided the exact opposite experience, even with a smile in his voice. Kudos.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I am compelled to in this instance because the level of Customer Service that I received from Tony at Wooden Cork was nothing short of exemplary.
I had a major issue with the carrier of the product that was to be delivered today.
I dreaded making the call because I thought i would be on the phone for hours being redirected to different departments to explain what had happened. In short Tony the agent handling my call was able to verify my purchase an immediately get in touch with the carrier to switch the address in less than five minutes. I was completely blown away by how quickly Tony was able to assess the issue and provide a quick solution. I will definitely doing business with Wooden Cork again. I wish every customer service representative could be as helpful as Tony.

This is my first time purchasing from Wooden Cork. However you guys carry something I’ve been searching for, Vikings Blod. I also purchased Odin’s Skull Mead.
