Not happy
I had ordered 2 bottles of teeling whiskey and when my order was processed I wasn’t able to track my order. After reaching out I was able to track my order but it was too late and it was sent back. The carrier did not notify me about my order and now I have to pay for the shipping again. Not to happy with this process.

Really straightforward, pricing for the product fair. Delivery speed was good (a couple of days). Delivery cost felt a bit steep - but that might be a standard US thing.

I’m really disappointed in their…
I’m really disappointed in their customer service. I ordered a bottle of the Jay Z commemorative Dusse bottle. The box Dusse box was delivered with significant damage. The box is the only thing that makes it commemorative. Otherwise, j would just buy a regular bottle. I sent them everything they had asked for. Including multiple pictures. They reduced to refund or exchange the bottle for me. Althoigh I understand that the bottle itself was not damaged, you are selling something based on the packaging. It’s very unfortunate that they feel an exchange is not warranted. I definitely will never do business with them again.
