The order process was ok
The order process was ok. Don't like that you must purchase insurance no chance to opt out. When trying to track order you must scan a QR code to be able to track again no other options on how to track.

Overall it was a really nice experience. I was able to find everything I needed for a birthday present. I just wish there was a wrapping/ gift and card/ message option at the end of the purchase instead for each individual item.
