They didn’t tell me when they would other than they will let me know 😳 it has been over a 100 in my neck of the world for the last week

worst company I ever dealt with terrible service …... I spoke with some one on Monday claiming my item will be on the way that day well ,4 days later contacted em and ask for a tracking info and their response was I don’t have it yet but you order should arrive between 25th and 30th .. if you need parts don’t waste you time with Willard’s LETS SEE OF THEY GONNA REFUND OR KEEP THE $

I ordered an AC Blower motor on a Friday morning anticipating a coming extreme heat wave starting the following week. I called after placing the order to see about expediting it. I believe it was Jason I spoke with and he informed me that they had a supplier in California and if they had the part in stock it should get shipped by Monday. He said if not he would call me back to let me pay for Next Day shipping if required. And he called me back! Almost unheard of nowadays! He said the part was in stock and I would have it by Tuesday. It is arriving today and will be installed on the first day of our extreme heat wave starting today. Great customer service! Thank you!

I ordered from Willards due to the fastest shippin time. I ordered on the Friday before the 4th of July. Estimated arrival was from the following Monday thru Wednesday. I was worried. It shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday.

After the initial delay in shipping I called in and the company made a special effort to set things straight. They had the item shipped overnight and gave a discount to compensate for the delay.
The item arrived in good order, well packaged and is working as promised. I would order again.

I ordered a blower motor from Willards supply. The motor was very well packaged and the exact motor that I needed. When installed it ran perfectly. This motor was for an older furnace and was hard to find. I am glad Willards had one. The customer service was excellent. All my questions were answered. If I ever need furnace parts again, this will be the first place I look.

I am an experienced DIYer. My furnace is a Trane XV-80, probably 30-40 years old. Replaced AC only , 15 years ago or so.

Furnace started faulting sometimes with P003 error. Fault was not the sensor, or inducer fan or flue itself. I eventually decided the board was at fault. Replaced it, wire by wire, only small issue, different physical arrangement of connectors which required extension of 1 wire. I also used AI to invstigate DIP settings for 2 DIP switches not found on original board. All very easy.

All fine for 2 weeks now. Totally compatible. Saved a lot of money. I hesitated to do the replacement, hoping the issue was not the control board. I think a HVAC company probably would say ‘you need a new unit, $15000?’. I am very pleased with this product.

When i was shopping around for my blower control board there where only a few sellers that had one available. I was a little leary about ordering from this company because #1I never heard of them.#2 it was the cheapest one I saw and I thought it was probably defective or something. After checking around and finding the others to be alot more money I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. It was delivered really fast and was identical to my original part. It is Installed and working just fine. I am very pleased with their service and product.
