Wild Casino does not play fair, what a surprise huh.....

I would like to share my previous experience with Wild Casino. I was using their site for gambling for several months, then for financial issues I was unable to use it until today when I received an email stating that I have some free spins to claim. I logged in and I noticed that I was unable to claim my free spins or even worse, I was unable to open a game at all. When I contacted their customer support team (I can really say that their main focus is making fun of their customer by telling them things that doesn’t make any sense, make me feel that I’m a completely stupid) he told me that I need to delete cookies and cache and there was nothing wrong with my account. Then is told me that there was an issue with a deposit that I made and I need to pay them extra money In order to use my account again, I mean this sounds like a scam, why should I have to pay them for a deposit dispute that I didn’t hear before and I wasn’t been notified before? The money that I need to pay is not even going to be available for gambling, it is for me to pay some “fees to fix my account”. Then when I asked for more information the agent just closed the chat with no explanation at all. Here’s the chat transcript if you don’t believe me. This is a complete lie and scam and I’m claiming to get all my deposits back if this casino is closing my account with no reason at all.
