Flawless, fast, high quality, effortless

I am happy with the packaging. The products are always of good quality and arrive on time. I also contacted the customer support team with a special request and received exactly the help I needed. Overall, I think they are a great team that provides reliable products and good service.

I ordered the drawer boxes. The drawer was just sliding out. The boxes were not secure. I was sent another set of boxes. They were the same. Very disappointed

I have bought from Westpak for years and have always had nothing but praise for them & their products.
My last order however was horrendous. The cheapest BROWN CARDBOARD sleeves for ring boxes. That I even had to assembly myself. Terrible quality and I was so shocked to receive them. I might as well have bought cheap Temu boxes and put a sticker logo on.
Not happy at all

The product is good, but the service is, as always, poor. Communication is poor, the mailing is incredibly incompetent, and the shipment is poorly packaged. Two thousand boxes are scattered loosely, spilling out of the package because the bulk boxes are delicately and poorly glued together.

Reply to Martin, don't be silly. I'm signing my name and surname under the review. If you wanted to solve the problem, you would find my orders and write. But this is just a pretense of interest and action.

Love my boxes. The only issue with my experience was with UPS who failed to deliver my parcel efficiently and when we ran into an issue with them dropping my parcel at the chosen location, it was extremely hard to get in touch with them. Luckily Westpack are very responsive, friendly and professional while I sorted my issue with the delivery company. Thank you for my first order!

Excellent quality and outstanding service! The premium magnetic gift boxes exceeded my expectations. The finish is elegant, the construction is sturdy, and the soft-touch material gives them a truly luxury feel. The logo printing came out perfectly and every detail reflects great craftsmanship.

Communication throughout the order was professional, production was completed on time, and the packaging was very secure.

I actually haven't got my boxes yet due to FedEx packet mixup. These stars goes to the tremendous customer service who not only answers replies quickly and with concern, but also made a new order free of charge without any fuzz at all. If there were a Nobel prize in customer care, I'd recommend them ♥️

We have used the company a number of times, some orders were good, others had problems. This order has been very disappointing. The printing on all the cases was not good, and gives a poor reflection of the company. Further 25% of the cases were damaged to the point that they can’t be used. We got a 20% refund, but I still won’t reorder as the quality of the print is not good, and the cases are obviously not good quality, with so many being damaged.

My whole experience with Westpack was amazing. I love my new branding package and I’m so excited that the colour of the boxes it’s exactly the same as in the picture. I ordered gray Stockholm boxes, but it’s not a basic gray. No words needed for the quality. Thank you Westpack, you do an incredible work.

Very good quality and perfect printing. The packaging is of excellent quality, and above all, the print quality is truly outstanding, as even the very small elements of our logo—which have posed challenges for other printers—were printed perfectly.
