Our experience with Webhuset is good. We had two tasks to solve. To move our domain to them and at the same time enter the URL of our new web pages. The process involves Norid for verification and approval, etc. Here, Webhuset has good knowledge and safe advice. We have to say that we are satisfied with the fast and good service. Their pricing is also acceptable.

Super The voice messages on the menu are long and bad (in Norwegian) but once you get through it, the customer service representative Adrian was very helpful and skilled.

Not fixing security sertificates
We have used Webhuset for many years and have many domains there and also pages hosted. But when our security sertificate expired, which it should not, they can not fix it straight away. We reported issue yesterday, and today still not fixed. And today we made 2 claims, and they still not know when it will be arranged. This is not good for a hosting service. We loose money because of this. This should be fixed immediately. We will look for another hosting service.
