Terrible website experience

I couldn't request a free trial proxy on the website
so I had to pay 10 euros for a trial. The proxy couldn't be used with Outlook, and my purpose was only to use Outlook, not other websites as a proxy, which they couldn't fulfill. I messaged them and they told me to install an IP whitelist to use it. I followed their instructions but it still didn't work because of their proxy IP error. I messaged them again asking if I could get a refund, and they said they don't support refunds if payment was made via crypto.
In the end, I wasted 10 euros just to experience that terrible service. Be careful before using their service.

Had some issues to get them going - support answered fast and friendly. Since then it works around the clock.
