Oder red concrete dumpster, my guys on site said that they want to use it for dirt , driver refused delivery , ended up having to bring it back for concrete and they charged another $350 for delivery when asked they said they have price transparency, not this time seems . When your original order was placed, the dumpster was reserved for concrete disposal. Upon arriving at the job site, our driver learned that the intended material was actually dirt rather than concrete. Unfortunately, soil disposal can involve additional testing, documentation, and regulatory requirements that differ from those for concrete. Had we known this in advance, our team would have been happy to walk you through those requirements and help arrange the appropriate service to avoid any inconvenience.
Following the initial delivery attempt, you contacted us to request a concrete dumpster, which we were happy to accommodate. That dumpster was subsequently delivered and used as requested.
Regarding the trip charge, we certainly understand how frustrating an unexpected expense can be. This fee was outlined on your reservation receipt prior to the scheduled delivery and was associated with the driver's initial trip to the job site. Our Operations Team also followed up by phone and email to explain why the original delivery could not be completed.
At Waste Removal USA, we genuinely value our customers and strive to make every experience as smooth, transparent, and straightforward as possible. We understand that situations like this can be disappointing, and we regret that we were unable to complete your initial delivery as anticipated.
Our goal is never to create unnecessary costs or inconvenience, but rather to ensure that each customer receives the appropriate service while meeting applicable disposal requirements.
