They are very deceiving on the size of this product ….also it does not come in the kind of package shown on FB ! It’s very small !

Awesome customer service. I thought my order had been overlooked but Wander prints found it and kept me posted. I received the Bridal hanky a few days after. Simply gorgeous. Very happy.

Made the table runner for a group of 20 who get together every Christmas Eve. I gave it as a hostess gift and it was a huge hit!! I was able to include everyone and who doesn’t love to see their name on something? It is lovely.

I ordered from Wanderprints for last year's Christmas presents. I ordered early but they did not come. I contacted Wanderprints and they showed delivered but I never got them... Wanderprints investigated and replaced my order... The products were EXCELLENT --- due to their honesty and help and excellent work, I have reordered many of their products and am so happy with each and every item .. Disappointing Product and Extremely Poor Customer Service

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing. The product I received was defective, and I contacted the company by email to explain the issue and seek a resolution.

Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no meaningful response. My attempts to contact them have effectively been ignored, which is particularly frustrating when I am simply trying to resolve an issue with a faulty product.

I would expect a company to stand behind the products it sells and, at the very least, respond to a customer who has raised a legitimate problem. Sadly, the lack of communication and customer support has left me extremely disappointed.

Based on my experience, I would think carefully before purchasing from this company. A defective product is frustrating enough, but being ignored when you try to get the matter resolved makes the experience considerably worse.

Avoid at all costs

They basically got everything wrong. They don't understand English. They don't communicate well. My order was simple. Only two items. They sent the wrong sizes. It's impossible to get through to them. Never, never, order from them. I certainly will not. - They charged my credit card before even beginning to process my order. I have now had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. - I've never had so many problems dealing with any company. - My order was placed on or about 8/5/26 and problems continue to this day 9/5/26.

Do not buy from this company! I purchased an item for my son's first fathers day. Was advised it would take 3- 5 business days. Wrong. They dont tell you its up to 15 days shipping. I still havent got the item and today is Fathers Day. Wasnt cheap either. Dont waste your money.
Update! I received the so called socks with my grandson's picture on them. Absolute joke, they are thin satin.like material for $48 - nothing like a sock should look like. What fraudulent products you market and sell inferior products! These socks belong in the bin. No way I could give them to my son. He would never wear them. They look cheap and probably were. Biggest rip off ever! Will never buy from this company!

I ordered a personalized can holder back in June celebrating 250 years of freedom.
I received the wrong item. Very frustrated with the communication with Wander Prints. I sent many tickets back to see it could be replace could not connect.
I have been going back and forth all summer without a solution.
I can say that I ordered from this company before and received my order. It took a while for it to get here.
So I know that it’s not a scam.
Looking for a credit or refund but none so far.

If I could give 0 I would. I feel such an idiot for falling for such a scam, ordered special pic for hubbys 65th paid over £20 for something I could have got better quality from my local printers.
I guess this company has taken my money and sit there laughing there backsides off. I have emailed my complaints but have had no positive feedback. PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Made an order for an item a couple months ago. Item was so poor quality and was cardboard rather than wooden as it says in the description. They offered me 70% refund which I accepted on 05/08/26… still not had the refund. Chased up 3 times and refund was meant to be in within 5 working days. Now I am being ignored over email! Would not be using these again!

I was very satisfied with my order, it look# amazing, have had to show it to everyone. Can’t wait to give it to my granddaughter 09-12 -26. The order took a little longer than I expected because I was so excited to get it so thankful it arrived in time for the wedding would love to order again sometime in the near future thank you for the beautiful handkerchief and for being there each step of the delivery, thank you

Shirt came on time

This company falsely advertises its apparel by providing a misleading size measurement chart. The Small shirt we ordered was an Extra Small at best.

They make virtually no effort to help when there is a sizing problem. Instead, they simply point you back to their size chart rather than helping you reorder the correct size.

Their customer service is beyond terrible. Once they get your money, they couldn't care less whether you are satisfied with the product or not.

I strongly suggest ordering through another similar online company.

I ordered a anniversary gift for my husband it said it was on wood what I received was a piece that was painted nicely but it was made on thick cardboard I’m very upset I feel I was ripped off for 45. Plus shipping

Ordered personalised beer glass . Order arrived quickly and well packaged . The glass is great quality and personalisation perfect. Great value for money . Customer service helpful and quick . I will definitely be ordering more items .

I don’t even want to give one star! Absurd customer service ! I ordered Aug 5 and my estimated delivery at this point is Sept 9!!!!!! Granddaughters birthday came and went! This place is a complete joke! Extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend ordering and I will never order again! I pray that item is correct because I can’t even fathom dealing with them with a problem !

Paid nearly $60 for a mug that looks like it came straight from China. Thrown over the fence at 1.20am is not the kind of delivery I expected. I need to source some kind of box to actually gift it in, because it came in a single cellophane bag, wrapped in 4 layers of padding ( which were necessary because the box is quite damaged/dented.).

The mug itself looks ok, but definitely not high quality/worth the price. The printing job, especially the letters, looks average at best.

I'd stay away, grossly over priced for what you get.

I would not order from this company. Wander Prints sent my sister's order to a perfect stranger. I saw the mistake within 11 minutes, notified the company, and they still sent it incorrectly despite their guarantee to fix it.
Let's see if I get a refund!

Our first order was received all broken and clearly it was not the fault of Waner Prints but the team took utmost care to send a replacement piece once they were informed about the condition in which it was received. Completely hasslefree and thoroughly professional. We need to support them in their growth.
