If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a tool to repair my laminate floors in May, but I never received it. Here it is 3+ months later; tracking shows it was returned to the warehouse. I sent an email to the company; they offered me a "deal": 1) they will replace it, but I have to pay shipping, or 2) they will refund my money less shipping and restocking fees. WTH - this is not my fault, but they want me to pay for it? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

It took awhile to get here. The product seems good but is not polished. For example, the edges are rough so the line gets stuck while unwrapping the line. I can file down myself, but I shouldn't have to do that.

This primer is soft & light on my skin unlike other brands

I’ve been struggling with razor burn, especially on my face. I even tried an electric razor, with no success. I was thrilled with your product from the very beginning. The removing lotion smelled nice and worked very efficiently on my face, my underarms, and my legs. I used it once a week for a month, and now I can go two or three times longer. Happy to have such a promising new product to use!

I received my coconut hair removal cream in perfect order being well packed...not even the box was dented...the bottle is extremely cute and the hair removal for my face is gentle and does not have the awful odour of many others...very happy with product and logistics....

I am unable to talk about the order I am trying to receive because I have not received it yet. I ordered it well over a month ago and still have not received it. The wait is very poor.

I love the products. I was a little disappointed in the shipping time. It seemed to take longer than I thought it should have.

It took a very long time for product to arrive but it is really very pretty. I ordered the Medium but I wish it was just a little bigger to facilitate getting on and off.

Lots of updates on the status of the order. It did take longer than expected though to arrive.

The top is beautiful good quality I thought it would fit larger than it did . So it’s not loose like I wanted it to be,and because it takes so long to get it in the first place I don’t want to return it

I really like these glasses. They are lightweight and have a lip on the top of them so that they do not touch your regular glasses lenses, but they provide extra protection from the sun. The color and pattern of the frame is exactly what I expected, but I still like it. They arrived faster than I thought they would. Overall, I’m very happy.

Order was delivered fast but there was no instruction manual included. For a person with some knowledge of survival skills I can figure it out but for someone with no experience it would be difficult to understand how it works.

It is fine. Order and delivery were easy and correct. Blade is tiny but I'll admit it works and eraser works.

Received yesterday

Loved that I received shipping updates and the sunglasses were beautiful.
Other products I have ordered online from other places were junk

not sure about the product yet as it's only been a couple of days since it arrived,,, The postage and delivery was way too long and probably would not order again,, The tea is quite tasteless with a big chunk of ginseng in each serve which probably could have in smaller pieces to absorbed into the brew
