They refuse to refer to their own returns policy. They ignore the contents in emails. Just stay far away from this site. My poor parent has been taken advantage of because they wanted to buy a gift for someone who has very sensitive skin and adores cats. Do not touch any ad that refers to this site. Feels very much like a scam. Seems like they make profit off of partial refunds that dont even cover the shipping costs.

AVOID I ordered a sweatshirt but it was poor quality fabric and not as per photo on their website. Website states made in uk and shipped from UK, but the item ai received came from China and label states Made in China. When you want to return the item they say it will cost you between 20-30 dollars. They will offer you discounts but why would you pay for something that you would bin as there is no way I would wear the item. Black top sewn with white thread which can be seen in the seams. DO NOT BUY AS THEIR WEBSITE IS MISLEADING AND PRODUCTS RECEIVED ARE REALLY POOR QUALITY.
Jus received email after submitting review to contact them to resolve. I had already contacted them and they would only refund the item once it had been returned to China, therefore contacted PayPal for refund. DO NOT WANT TO SEE ANYONE ELSE GET RIPPED OFF.

Received the wrong tracking number. Never received items
Received the wrong tracking number, so watched a package travel from Ireland to an address in California. Waited over a month and never received my order (located in Midwest). Contacted support and they said it had been delivered in or near my mailbox a few days ago. However, I never received the items. Local USPS always puts packages that don't fit in the mailbox on the porch. Save your money and avoid this company!

WEAR TO SAVE PAWS IS A FRAUD
STAY AWAY from Wear to Save Paws!
We bought a Pet Pocket Sweatshirt.
MISLEADING PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE.
It shows a model, with both hands inside her jeans pockets, and the sweatshirt pocket is holding the dog on its own!
We received an item of extremely poor quality.
The fabric is very thin and the pet pocket does not support a 4lb dog.
When we finished the purchase online, the total final cost was $40.99.
Wear to Save Paws sent a confirmation email showing a different total final cost of $49.98.
On the credit card statement the charge was $57.48.
On their website the return policy is: “We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product”.
We contacted Wear to Save Paws, on the same day the item was delivered, to return the item and their answer was: “We are unable to accept returns at this moment”.
Our credit card investigated and disputed the charge and in 3 days it was resolved in our favor and the $57.48 back to us.
Please, fight for your rights and stop this CRIMINAL COMPANY to be out of business.

Apart from the long delivery time, the actual top is not knitted as it looks in the photo. It's just printed picture and doesn't look as realistic as the picture. The last one I had was the same.

That site is a bunch of crooks.
They use totally different fabric from what is shown on-line. They have a return policy, but won't give the address or send a return label. They wanted to offer me a 10% settlement instead of returning the tops. They have a Huston, Texas address but are trying to say the office where returns go is moving, so they don't want me to send the tops there. It's a total rip-off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

The item was shipped promptly, but considering that it was shipped from Ireland, took a while. Let people know that it will take time to receive it.
Colors and design are beautiful. Not really happy with the acrylic feel of the fabric, but I can live with it. It will probably soften up after a wash or two. Sleeves are a little long, but that's what needle and thread are for.
