Extremely Pathetic, Irresponsible and Unprofessional Service by Shadowfax – Mulunthuruthy

My experience with Shadowfax at Mulunthuruthy has been absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. This is not just a case of delayed delivery; it is a clear example of sheer negligence, incompetence and a complete lack of responsibility towards customers.

My first parcel reached their facility on 20th October, yet nobody bothered to contact me or make any genuine attempt to deliver it. Despite my repeated efforts to reach their team, I was fed one excuse after another, including heavy rain, vehicle breakdowns and other reasons. To my utter disappointment, they eventually returned my parcel without even having the courtesy to contact me or inform me beforehand!

What makes this situation even worse is that two of my other orders were subsequently assigned to Shadowfax as well. When I contacted their executive, I was casually told that they did not have sufficient manpower to deliver the parcels. If they cannot manage their delivery operations or arrange adequate staff, why accept delivery responsibilities in the first place?

Even after sharing my exact house location, I was repeatedly given empty promises that the parcels would be delivered. On one occasion, the executive actually claimed to be somewhere near my house, yet the parcel was still not delivered! This level of irresponsibility is simply unbelievable.

How can a courier company operate with such a blatant disregard for its customers? Customers should not have to repeatedly chase delivery executives, beg for their own parcels or listen to a fresh set of excuses every single day.

The Mulunthuruthy branch's service is pathetic, unreliable, poorly managed and completely unprofessional. Their repeated false assurances, lack of communication and failure to fulfil even basic delivery commitments reflect a serious failure in their operations.

A courier service is supposed to deliver parcels, not deliver excuses!

I strongly urge Shadowfax management to look into the functioning of their Mulunthuruthy delivery team and take immediate corrective action. Customers deserve accountability, transparency and timely delivery – not endless excuses and irresponsible behaviour.

Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from relying on this branch until they seriously improve their service.

The worst courier service ever !! You will never get item on time. May be Flipkart and Cred are using this bevlcause they are cheap but the point is the platforms are losing customers because shadow fax pathetic service . 0% Professional. Now if I see Shadow fax is the delivery partner I cancel.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your delivery executives, Mr. Abhi Gupta (Phone: *******5562). I have had multiple instances of unprofessional and rude behavior from this individual, which has become a recurring issue.

My order (AWB: SF3877864174NER) had a specific delivery instruction for after 5 PM. Despite this, Mr. Gupta called me around 11 AM. As I work night shifts and I updated to him also earlier too , I was sleeping at the time. When I spoke to him, he refused to coordinate a delivery time. Even after I reached out via WhatsApp to ask if he could deliver later that day or tomorrow evening, he became extremely argumentative and spoke to me in an entirely inappropriate and disrespectful manner. I have had a very bad experience with one of your delivery personnel, Mr. Abhi Gupta. He delivers to my area, and his way of speaking is extremely rude every single time. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. My order number is AWB: SF3877864174NER.

I specifically requested delivery after 5 PM, but he called around 11 AM. Since I work the night shift, I was sleeping. When I called him he denied for delivery. he used to called me via WhatsApp and u requested to him can you deliver now or tomorrow evening. He then denied my request and began arguing with me in an inappropriate manner.

I do not want this individual to handle my deliveries. If he does come, please instruct him to be polite and not to raise his voice unnecessarily. This is not the first time this has happened, he frequently argues with my mother as well. Because this has happened so many times, I have decided to take formal action against with Mr Abhi Gupta , phn number *******5562.

This is not an isolated incident. He has frequently been rude to me and has also argued with my mother in the past. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role and reflects poorly on Shadowfax Technologies Limited.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty in the delivery process. It has become a recurring issue where delivery personnel falsely report five failed delivery attempts to avoid completing their tasks, even when no actual attempt was made to reach me. This practice of faking delivery status is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I no longer want this individual to handle any of my deliveries. I am requesting that you take immediate formal action regarding his conduct. I expect a professional resolution to this matter and a guarantee that my future deliveries will be handled by personnel who adhere to basic standards of politeness and professionalism.

Fraud company hai. Last five days se mera order local city mein Aa chuka hai, but no one is delivering. Date of delivery is being postponed everyday. Ban this company as soon as possible.

I ordered cosmetics & skincare from **WOW Skin Science (Body Cupid Private Limited)** and paid the full amount in advance. These people snatched my money like professional thieves. 💸🤡

Then they handed my order to the biggest joke of a courier company **Shadowfax**. Ordered on 22 October 2026. Took them **8 full days** just to reach Pondicherry… and then the package disappeared into thin air. Completely vanished. Never reached me. I called them again and again. Result? Only useless BOT calls. Not a single real human being spoke to me even once. Just automated trash. 🤖🗑️

Shadowfax is not a courier service. It’s a full-time scam operation. Fake delivery agent names, zero staff, zero tracking, zero accountability. Pure fraud. How does any company with even half a working brain choose this absolute garbage? Even a 2-year-old running a lemonade stand would check if the courier is real or just a bunch of jokers. But Body Cupid / WOW Skin Science? Complete brain-dead idiots. 🧠❌

This is not even the first time. Earlier they used **Delhivery** (another dumpster fire). That time it was COD so I didn’t lose money. This time prepaid so they successfully robbed me with a smile. 💰👋

After getting only bot replies, I opened Chrome and checked Google reviews. **BOOM** 💥 Almost every single review is 1 star. Just 3-4 five-star ratings… obviously written by the owner’s father, mother and two unemployed cousins sitting at home. 😂👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🤡

If you’re thinking of ordering from WOW Skin Science or any random website that uses Shadowfax or Delhivery ....just don’t....You’re not shopping. You’re donating money to clowns and getting nothing in return. Stick to Amazon or Flipkart if you value your money and your mental health. With these absolute jokers handling delivery, you’re not a customer… you’re a victim. 🤡🔥💀

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Shadowfax's irresponsible delivery service.

My product has reached my delivery area, but it has still not been delivered to me. Despite repeatedly trying to contact your customer support team through calls and emails, there has been absolutely no proper response. To make matters worse, the contact numbers provided for delivery personnel appear to be fake or unreachable.

The delivery personnel seem extremely careless and least bothered about delivering customers' orders. Customers spend their hard-earned money purchasing products online, and Shadowfax cannot simply hold on to those products without delivering them or providing a proper explanation.

This kind of negligence, lack of accountability, and irresponsible customer service is completely unacceptable.

I demand the following:

Immediate delivery of my pending order.

A proper explanation for the delay.

An investigation into the incorrect or unreachable contact numbers provided.

Accountability for the negligence of the delivery team.

Customers should not have to chase a courier company to receive products they have already paid for.

Shadowfax, please stop ignoring customers and take immediate action.

Very Very Bad Service. The return pick up they never attempt but receive messages that attempted, not reachable. Re-schedule as per their wish as we have no choice, but again it never happens. They prolong the pickup until the return period is over, finally I have to keep the product. This is happening regularly and I wonder why Flipkart is engaging this type of un-professional service providers.

This is literally the worst service ever!!!! Dont even think of sending anything through them, as a business or as an individual it’s bad either way!!! They have no customer service, their tracking is just trash which will update fake checkpoints and if you’re ordering anything through them be prepared to wait for 20 days extra from the day it was supposed to be delivered on!! Horrible horrible service and people THEY SHOULD JUST SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE THING! maybe its a front for black-money dealing because there is no other genuine explanation for a courier service to he this damn bad!!!

Very poor customer service
I was promised a delivery on 26 October, Monday.
Later it was changed and shown will be delivered by 27 Tuesday.

I have tried multiple times to reach their customer care.
Their tracking system is showing that package have already reached my nearest hub on 24th itself.

I am waiting for their delivery boy to come and pick my return parce since 5 days. Noone is coming and the number they provided is continuously switched off. Very frustrating.

Shadowfax - AWB SF41834766456 is delayed by 3 days. Customer complained, seller complained. No action taken. No response on tickets created. No contact given to speak. This is not good at all. Deliver the parcel ASAP.

Pathetic experience. Fake status updates on tracking page. Delivery person contact number incorrect and never reachable.

Received the wrong product and there has been no enquiry about it since the last month. And these people dont even pick up the calls after a point.

Bruh this is the WORST OF WORST courier service ever. Any time my order has to be delivered by this company Ik fs that my order's gonna reach me only after I suffer like I ordered once a product and it took it more than a week to be delivered, each day it would say "out for delivery " & then "couldn't deliver" and would say customer unreachable or shit like that bro you didn't even call me??? And this time I got a call from the delivery guy at first he asked me about my address and then said that he'd deliver my order TMR and I wanted to say something but he cut the call on me and it was so frustrating like what a shitty trash attitude like he's the one paying for wtv then the next day I called him to ask where my order is and he was like I'm busy and I'm on leave I'll deliver tmr and before I could say anything he cut the call again. Bruhhh all of this is soooo frustrating as helllllllll. FCK. The other times I never got my orders and they got cancelled on their own. Shadowfax and it's delivery partners, they're all trash. Even one star is too much.
