The coffee make works great. Quick and easy delivery. I called once to check the status, nice man on the phone answered my questions swiftly and politely. Would order from them again.

Ordered 3 football shirts on the 26th of December from samstorePT. Expected delivery was between 7 and 14 working days. It's the end of January and still haven't received any updates. Emailed them twice and still no response. It isn't enough that the shipment is delayed but they have the lack of responsibility of not communicating properly with their costumers. I don't know what to do, but I'm starting to have the awful sensation that I lost money and won't ever see the products that I bought which were gifts for family. Awful service this company provides.

After receiving the reply from Samstore I got a feeling that I had been victim of fraud. The purchase was made from the website titled Samstorept, which I imagined was a samstore from Portugal. It might be the case that this website is not connected to Samstores and are driving people into making the same mistake as I did. I did not buy from Sams Club as was mentioned in the reply.

Ordered and paid for item.
No invoice.
Emailed and no reply.
Called and got a "Leave a message" but no response.
Now still dunno if item will be delivered, and i am running out of time.

I am an old customer of samstores, and they have never let my expectations down. I have purchased some commercial washer and dryers and some heaters and they have shipped it very fast without any extra charge. and i always find the things which i need from them

Fast and reliable I’ve searched for good store that provides a 220volts of appliances and Samstores is one of the best they cleared out all the concerns and questions about the products I was in call with them for half hour and they were still patiently helped me out and I ordered the products and got them in time. Great Service and fast Delivery. I ordered two tv sets , got it faster than expected.

Rude customer service (always same person who answers the phone), choose and been charge for express air shipping ($99) and then shipped instead via ground regular shipping. The order was slow to process, took days to create a label and provide a tracking number and days to actually hand over the parcel to the courrier. This parcel was not shipped!

With Samstores, it was a good experience! I got interested in them as they had a variety of products in one place. Also, they delivered the product on time. Plus I am happy with the product I received!

VERY RUDE! One guy who always answers the phone +1 800 726 9493 was so rude and don't know how to help with inquiry. You should remove that person on answering the phone because he is so rude. Very bad impression for first timers like me. TRASH TELEPHONE OPERATOR.
