Have always had enjoyable shopping experiences on Ruby Lane. Tend to find more unique items in top condition on Ruby Lane more often than other similar website.

I like this company. However, I think they need to check the products with the sellers because I bought a ring that was not even a real citrine ring and it was a multi produce ring that you can get from Temu or Shein. I did pay $50 for it however it’s whatever because I don’t wanna deal with the return and all that stuff.

I still have good finds regardless, but please be careful who you buy from. Just do multiple Google searches and image searches.

Ruby Lane has always been my favorite spot to get old and vintage jewelry, I don't always buy but have bought some over the past years, I don't think there is another place that sales this kind of Jewelry because it looks so good, it is very hard not to buy. I never see the kind of jewelry Ruby Lane has anywhere else, it really is a treat to go to her site..

Literally the worst marketplace. Stay far, far away. The seller lied openly in their listing and then insisted that I should cover shipping in both directions. Ruby Lane just washed their hands of it. I'm filing a charge dispute.

Purchasing the item I’ve been looking for was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be to find and purchase as long as delivery comes off without a hitch I’ll be ecstatic.

The interaction I had with Chris was no doubt the best I've ever had when purchasing anything!!! I'm over 70 years old so I've purchased a few things in my life. Chris went out of his way to allow my purchase to be sent overseas. Though I'm thousands of miles away in Australia, the communication was phenomenal. There was no delay whatsoever.
The prices are very reasonable too.

It took at me at least 30 or 40 minutes just to get to check out. Why is a password needed for a simple transaction? My email and new password were not accepted until I jumped though a few hoops! Why?Rupy Lane would probably rate 5 stars otherwise!!!

Ruby Lane has quality shops with hard to find antiques and collectibles. It’s easy to navigate and I have never had an issue with purchasing or receiving. The shop owners are a nice bunch and experts in their wares.
