The suitcase itself is good and worked fine. The only problem is the service centres and spare parts. You cannot order a spare wheel directly — you have to send the suitcase to a service centre to get it fixed. In my case, the wheel simply dropped out during transportation, and the repair would take five minutes if I could do it myself.

Postage and repair services cost more than buying a new suitcase with a small discount from any online marketplace. My suitcase worked fine for three years, just long enough to be out of warranty. After that, all I’m left with is four kilos of plastic waste, and the nearest service centre is a 2.5‑hour direct flight away in Italy. My next bag will definitely be from another brand.

The suitcase not even 2 years, still on warranty but has to go to the bin. Zippers are broken completely .

I have my suitcase for 3,5 years and one of the wheel just broke and there are so many damages on it and it's not even the one that I take the most! I bought almost at the same time a Samsonite and it's still in perfect conditition!!! Thta's a shame I regret spending 240 EUR on this piece of sh*t. I'm so angry!

I bought my leather crossbody Roncato bag 2 years ago and even though I use it every day it still looks new. I didn’t even know the make until I just looked at the label as I am going to buy a new one in a different colour. Great quality

I have had 2 suitcases and within a year both handle broke.

I bought this roncato crosslite 55 last month, and it seems ok overall and is light weight indeed, overall, but it's sorely missing a side grip, and the inside cross straps are a joke, see pictures.

My Roncato suitcase was damaged almost immediately, and I was told it was unrepairable. Roncato refused to honor my claim or provide replacement parts. Within a year, the pull-out handle on my cabin suitcase also broke, and that claim was denied as well. I'm extremely disappointed with the poor quality of these items and the lack of customer support. I should have listened to a friend with the same experience who warned me against this brand. Save your money and avoid the hassle—definitely would not recommend.

Do not buy any Roncato product! They are made of junk material. The bag that I bought for a high price broke after the second time we carried the bag, and in fact the first one with an airline. We have bought much cheaper bags that we have owned for over 5 years and that we still use.
Worse, the company would not even honor the legitimate warranty that they offer. After multiple requests and efforts, they responded by claiming they will not cover their warranty because a broken handle is is not a manufacturing defect but a mishandling problem! Look at the enclosed photos to see for yourself if the bag has any sign of usage! It still looks brand new! They even claimed that the warrant expired because the bag was manufactured in 2012, even though the sales receipt shows purchase of less than the required 2 years time! Unbelievable!
Do not buy anything from this company and think before your spend big bucks on their products! You will simply waste your money. It is just hype and there is absolutely no after sales support once they got your money so do not count on them being there if you ever need them!
A total disaster and a disgrace! Beware! Do not buy!!!

Just purchased a hard shell suitcase from direct from Roncato UK. Tracking on their website is none existent so I messaged them. The reply from customer service (Joe) was excellent in keeping me informed and supplied shipping label with tracking info. The case itself looks very well made, although I have heard complaints about zips -which I avoid and wheels, time will tell.

I recently purchased three luggages from Rocanto, and while I was excited about my new travel gear, I was disappointed to discover they arrived damaged. However, my frustration quickly turned into sheer delight when I experienced Rocanto’s outstanding customer service. Without hesitation and no questions asked, they promptly replaced all three luggages and shipped them right away.

This level of after-sales support is truly remarkable and something I value immensely. Rocanto has won my loyalty for life—I will never buy luggage from anyone else. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is beyond compare, and I’m incredibly grateful for their swift and hassle-free response.

After having had a 300€ suitcase by this brand, i can say after 2 years: DONT BUY!
The wheels aren’t moving freely anymore, the zippers are starting to malfunction and the nets are falling apart.
Avoid at all costs!

I have 2 of these cases. They have a design fault. They look good and are expensive to buy. However, there is a retractable rod from the case to the handle. In both my cases, the handle broke at the same point after relatively light use.
Also, if the case is full the handle is hard and very uncomfortable to carry.
Customer care do not engage in a timely manner and they try and avoid the issue stating 'mis handling'. I contacted them after the second case broke in June.
I have older cases from other manufacturers which I use far more often and have not had any of these issues.
If you want good quality reliable cases, look elsewhere

I purcashes a Roncato medium sized luggage in Milan from and authoried Roncato Store. We used it once coming back to the states and the wheel fell off. I have tried to reach out to them no eponse. Their website is not functional. Please do not purchase from them, they had poor product and terrible customer service.

inspite of many bad reviews here I can say only the best. Probably nowadays quality dropped heavily, who knows. My old two wheel medium suitcase is working pretty hard and is (ab)used for 17 years now. It has scars, some minor cracks in plastic parts, wears and tears, retractable handle is a bit bent (still working). Fabric still has no rips. I’m waiting the day it will give up, but it just does not. Last five travels I was ready it will be its last one, but just a day ago returned from Morocco and again in one piece. Handle just ripped but thanks to metal inside it is still in place. Best suitcase I ever had.

I bought an expensive large suitcase which broke after my first journey with it. The company refused to accept the complaint, and I had to pay for the repair, even though I had the suitcase for three months with a 5-year warranty. Quality does not correspond with the price.

We tried to buy a couple suitcases at least 5 times, using different devices (phone, laptop and even tablet!). It was impossible to complete the order. We sent an email to support as advised by the website, didn’t even hear back. Awful service and basically impossible to get their products online! Not recommended

I bought a cabin bag with 3 years warranty and now, after 2 years it’s damaged and I contacted with customer service to use the warranty for repair or replace. But they don’t even respond to emails! I don’t know what is the meaning of customer service to Roncato! It’s really disappointing

Amazing suitcase which lasted 8 years.
Still in top notch condition except for 1 wheel which recently "broke" - well its tyre is shredded, otherwise the wheel itself is still intact, such a good product! However non existent customer service in Australia, unresponsive customer service in Europe - I certainly don't want to buy a whole new suitcase because of a tired wheel.

Wheels are very BAD engineered and made.

Got 2 different bags after ~5-6 flights.
All 2 got Brocken wheels, because its no bearing inside. Its so stupid.
They made their one design so poor, so its gets overheated when rolls and damages itself.

And because of this uniq design there is NO spare parts.
And a company do not sale parts to customers only to repair shops, and in many countries there no shops to repair bad products of this greedy company.
And in China nobody not even wants to copy parts, this bad it is.

You sell a travel bags..
Why not just use standard wheel with bearing from roller-skate. So its vide available and ease interchangeable any place in the world. So if you customer got problem it can be replaced, fast, cheap easy.
