DO NOT SELL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They take advantage of people who unfortunately dont know that much about computers!! If you really want to get rid of your computer with the same effort or even easier you can just put the same info as you put to their website to whatever online used marketplace people use in your area and just take the price from the website and just multiply the price by 1.5 to 2 times depending on how high end your coputer is! Yes really thats how much they rip you off! Just write that you can come see the computer for yourself and TRUST ME its as easy and you can easily get the ACTUAL fair market price and not get scammed by this company! Yes, they really offer you like lower than half price of what theese components go USED! As a rule of thumb when selling anything used if many people message you and are interested then your price is low, and if noone messages you then its too high!

I noticed on their "calculator" that some components have a NEGATIVE price!!! If i put a high end processor and no discrete graphics card then it gives me some price that is HIGHER than if i put for example a gtx 1050 ti gpu. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!

Why am i writing this?
My cousin recently decided to sell his computer to theese guys because he moved out of his parents house. He saw an ad on instagram for this company. So he sold the pretty high endcomputer i built him as a gift. He got absolutely RIPPED OFF!!! Like i built him it from pretty high end and newish used parts that are in good condition just before the computer parts prices went sky high because if the ai stuff. Like 64gb of VERY FAST DDR5 RAM and rtx 4080 ti graphics card and a high end ryzen! And he sold it on 1.6.2026. And HE GOT LESS MONEY THAN I PAID FOR THE COMPONENTS USED BEFORE THE PRICES WENT UP LIKE 3 TIMES!! AND I AM A PRETTY GOOD DEAL HUNTER! And im not even kidding. I asked him why didnt he ask me first, he told me that on their website it said that they pay fair prices and you get money fast. And he unfortunately believed it. He knows so little about computers that he didnt even check the ddr5 box and he sold the ram for ddr4 prices :( And now a few weeks later i see the same computer listed up for sale for more than double the price!!! And theres nothing we can do anymore.

Please dont let the same thing happen to you. If you know anyone who knows anything about computers, please please ask them. Or if you dont do the thing i described above, its just as easy.

It worked pretty much exactly as expected. I checked and cleaned my gear carefully. Their packing material worked perfectly. I found the whole process easier than selling directly to a private person.

Yes, selling my PC on Prenew would be easier and faster, but the prices they offer are absolute garbage, to later sell it for 2x value. If i sold the components individually id get way more as they are in a very good quality. I personally dont think that the fact that the global ram market prices have increased should define used ram prices. Used ddr4 32gb 3200Mhz ram should not set an extra 300 euros on to the computer value that they are selling, especially used. 40 euros max for a ddr4 8gb stick as before the ram shortages (before the ram shortages it was cheaper than 40 euros). I understand that this store is trying to make a profit, but selling used garbage for a premium quality value is plain disrespectful.

I am not satisfied with your system, nowhere can I see what your terms "Custom standard and premium" means and how You rate cabinets and motherboards.
By that I got a price which was 231,- kr. lower than the first bid on my computer. By my mistake I have given a wrong processor, I wrote to You about that, and the processor I have send to You is 298,- kr. more worth, anyway have You only send me 3470,- kr.
I protested over that amount, You wrote back I will receive the 298,- kr. right away and I am now waiting for the rest amount to recieve on my account.
(By the way, I have already waited over 14 days from your inspection of my computer, before some of the money was paid!)
Edit: I have now received 231,- kr. from Prenew, but I still miss 67,- kr.!
Max at Prenew promised to send me 298,- kr., but I don't know if I will get the last money!??

after 1,5 month... why not pay what You promised??

just sold my old PC to this guys and i must say they did really good. Will sell all my old pc´s to them :D
