When in doubt about ordering a product, ALWAYS check Trustpilot first. Real customers with real experience. I was just about to buy this product when I remembered to check Trustpilot review first - I'm so glad I did. I just saved $48.....thank you Trustpilot.

I would like to say that it worked wonders or that it was a complete failure. I would like to but the problem is I NEVER received the product. They took payment as my bank shows, but it’s been over 6 weeks and nothing has arrived. Don’t even try to reach costumer service. It won’t happen. Emails are never returned. The entire company is just a joke DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This product does nothing but leave a white cast. A joke!

This has zero effect on my skin that has slight fine lines and 1 deep
none where lifted temparary as this product claims to do
came nicely packaged but that is all leaves the product on skin like a film but no white residue which is the only positive avoid waste of money not even a 1 star

Absolutely a scam does little to nothing. Please don't waste your money. I SO wish I'd checked out the reviews here 1st. These people should be utterly ashamed of themselves

I brought 2 packs of eye tightener RUBBISH don't make the same mistake NO GOOD never done a thing buy wunderlift instead
Not happy 😒

Product does tighten my skin and I see a difference but I need to moisturise my dry skin before applying but the recommendation advised not to, so not keen on feeling my skin even drier, haven’t used makeup after applying but would think it would cancel out the application but will continue to apply:

The temporary eye cream 3oz face cream didn’t improve my skins appearance or reduce wrinkles at all. In fact it made my skin look dull and dry and I looked ten years older. I am so disappointed I thought better of this company to advertise a product to be a best seller that did nothing it promises.How do I go about being reimbursed for the tube I purchased it is open but entirely full as I only used about two pea sized amounts and disliked the results. I have the receipt and packaging undamaged?

I found the PTR product on Facebook and went on the hunt as my usual to see if it was legit. I found many products with the original packaging and even used the exact name! If you looked further you would find the company listed was an off brand and was much more affordable then the one on the products website. The only way I would buy this product is off the website but even then there are alot of frauds on Facebook. Buying from a brick and mortar store is the only way you know you can get a refund. Even then ask what there refund policy is.

There are several bad experiences including mine...I filed a formal complaint with FDA and suggest all of you do the same and PERHAPS they'll get involved. ..Lora

The FirmX Eye cream works miraculously in that it removes 100% of bags when I apply it, HOWEVER the mechanism it uses is "contraction" which amounts to S-T-R-E-T-C-H-I-N-G of the skin.

Consequently, I had worse bags then ever after I used the product. It took approx. 2 weeks for my bags to return to normal after I stopped the product.

Continued use of the product will undoubtely make my bags worse permanently.

I asked PTR to address this, but they avoid discussing it and refuse to return my phone calls, which proves that they know what damage it does.

Had to pay for delivery twice, first on the official website then again was charged by the local courier.
Didn’t get any clear explanation when contacted the customer service. The product was disappointing, it dries out the skin, leaves uneven white flaky patches. Not possible to use at all.

I can't believe that I fell for the promotion film clip. This cream did absolutely nothing! I convinced a friend to watch the clip and she had the same reaction, Nothing!
And, it wasn't cheap! Do not buy it, complete rubbish!

A bit rubbish to be honest.
I tried this because I do have an issue with bags under my eyes no matter how much sleep I get. The product goes on well enough but doesn't work it's meant to and feels very dry and claggy. I don't think I could wear make up over it as it is so dry and flakey which was kind of the point. Certainly not worth the money and I wish I'd come to read the reviews before buying.

If I could give it -10 I would . No it most certainly doesn't work .

Dont waste your money

Last year I bought three tubes of the eye tightened by mistake (£48!!) I noticed that although the packaging looked the same as advertised, the PTR name was not on it. I have obviously been scammed as the cream does absolutely nothing at all.
Now when I see the PTR ads I am scared to order again in case the same thing happens.
Had anyone had good results with the genuine product or have we all been scammed!
