Kirsty Evans was top tier!

I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews, so the fact I'm writing this says a lot.

I had my Level 2 and Level 3 practical assessments with Kirsty Evans over the weekend, and she made the whole process so much better. She kept everything calm, was extremely helpful from start to finish, and put everyone at ease right away.

Assessments can naturally be stressful, but her approach made a massive difference. Huge credit to Kirsty and the OriGym team—couldn't have asked for a better assessor!

Had my level 2 practical assessment, was really nervous going into it, Paul was ace and really calmed my nerves and supported me through it. Once started didn’t feel like an assessment at all, and felt really comfortable going through it!

Carla’s workshop 2 inspired me to do my Yoga assessment, she had the confidence in me when I didn’t have it in myself. She believed in me so much I was encouraged to do my assessment which I am so happy I did as I passed and learnt a lot on the day. Carla is kind and compassionate extremely patient and I will be forever grateful 🥰

Recently passed my Level 2 in Liverpool, The day was great and I especially want to give a special mention to Morgan. It was quite a nerve racking situation initially but she made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. She is an absolute credit to Origym - so helpful, knowledgable and gives great advice which was very appreciated. All of the team were lovely and I feel much better about my upcoming Level 3 assessment!

I had my level 2 practical i assessment yesterday and the assessor was brilliant. It was a fun morning. I was encouraged to be myself and relax. All went really well. I was pleased that I passed too!

I was feeling so nervous with my exam coming up and spoke to Lexi and immediately felt so reassured. She was able to answer any of my concerns and never made me feel like any question was a silly question, even when I thought it was. So thank you Lexi - I really appreciate all your help.

Did my level 3 practical assessment with Shak as the assessor. 10/10 experience thanks to Shak, he was brilliant

At the time of enrolling with OriGym I was talking to a few other companies about becoming a gym instructor. Most of them didn't really give me much time or feedback. However OriGym took a deep interest in my career change and regularly spoke with myself at all times. I am coming to the end of Level 2 and just about to start Level 3 and every time I have questions it has been really easy to speak with a tutor or advisor and they all have been nothing short of being helpful (Paul Sutherberry was very helpful and gave me some great advise), friendly and professional. Not to mention the Learning portal is easy to use and complete modules and assignments as well as being able to download all my learning documents. Would definitely recommend OriGym.

I recently completed my level 2 practical assessment in Liverpool and it couldn’t have been a better experience especially due to Morgan who assessed me, she made me feel at ease straight away, explained everything clearly and thoroughly and on top of that was such a lovely person. This was my first time meeting a member of origym’s staff and if Morgan is anything to go off what a great a company to do your course with!

I completed my Level 2 assessment today. I was feeling overwhelmed by the volume of information I needed to remember during the assessment, but I had a call with Paul yesterday who helped me run through the assessment criteria and answered the (long list) of questions I had. I went into the assessment today a lot calmer and more relaxed, and I was relieved to see Paul at the assessment centre this morning, who put me at ease before we started.

Was nervous today for my level 3 but Paul made me feel at ease and I passed!! All the origym staff are very helpful thank you to all you and Paul

Great chat with Lexi, easy to talk with and very knowledgeable, I was confused and 5 mind with Lexi understood it. Thank you once again, would recommend her help!

Very smooth exam experience. Lexi was a fantastic assessor and made the experience better!

The advisor was helpful but not reassuring at the same time. I felt she didn’t wholly accept I am new to this, unlike her.

Maybe this is down to me and my frustration giving a slightly negative view on things. At the end of the call she did answer my questions so fair play

I have to thank Teacher Kate; she is always very helpful and attentive. Since English is my second language, I appreciate how OriGym adapts to the needs of diverse students. Thank you very much.

I honestly wish my family member had seen the reviews before signing up.
She is going through one of the most difficult periods of her life, completely beyond her control, and simply cannot continue with the course. She explained everything to the company and asked to cancel, especially as she had completed very little of the programme.
Instead of showing even a small amount of compassion, they refused. It feels as though the only thing they care about is taking your money.
At a time when someone is already struggling, they have made the situation so much worse. I am genuinely shocked by the lack of empathy shown and cannot understand how a company can treat people in such difficult circumstances this way.
They say it is their company policy not to do refunds - every company at their own discretion can do refunds!

I needed help around a final module as I had received a great job offer.
I was really stressed about it but spoke to Rhian and she helped sort the issue out! I am so grateful for the help and support I received!
