Battery was faulty a continuous red light was on and it would continuously run when cartridge placed in the battery. Poor customer service I emailed the company and still have had no response.

Hard to find product in stock.
The VOOPOO Vinci Q Pod System seems to be on the way to becoming obsolete. So was happy to find 4 on this site. The batteries in all four were completely discharged (DOA) out of the box, so it took a considerable amount of coaxing to wake them up. I did finally get everyone to wake up and charge up fully. Just took a little patience along with a persistent (probably magical) effort. All in all, happy to have them up and running as hoped!
