Absolutely great product I ordered the XROS PRO with the Beard No. 00 Sweet Tobaccoccino and absolutely love them I did accidentally order the luxe Q replacement pods instead of the XRS pro replacement pads and customer service definitely helped me. I currently sent the luxe Q pods back today and they will issue me a credit or a refund so I can get the right pods that I need customer service was great and I love the product, I will definitely be buying from them again! I smoke cigarettes constantly I am a chainsmoker and this is a vape that I can smoke unlike other Vapes nowadays attack my lungs and I cannot vape them I have no problem vaping this product I'm very pleased!!!! Delivery did take about 8 days it stayed in Florida a lot bouncing back and forth through different mailing facilities and no updates for about 5 days in a row but that doesn't mean it's not five stars on eCig mafia's part they did what they were supposed to do and I ordered the wrong replacement parts so all in all five star all the way!!

I've spoken to customer service in the past and can also say: when things go wrong, they communicate well, and do what they can to correct issues.
