Tuesday, received revised quote on your inspection, (increased by 20%). Thursday am, accepted quote. Thursday pm, money paid into my account.

super fast to resolve and very good Suport

I’ve sold to MPB before. A lower-value item went smoothly, with no issues and no change to the quote. This time I sold a more expensive camera, and the experience was very different.

The parcel was collected by MPB’s nominated courier, then sat at the local depot with no scans for days. MPB raised an investigation with the courier after I contacted them about it, and the parcel didn’t move again for almost a week. I was genuinely worried the camera had been lost.

Once it arrived, the grade was lowered by one level, which cut a significant amount off the quote. I asked if they could reconsider, as the only mark I knew of was a very small one on the lens ring. The reply said the grade would stay the same, citing that mark plus marks on the screen, which I’m confident weren’t there when I packed it. I’d recorded videos of the camera before dispatch. The week-long courier delay wasn’t really acknowledged.

The customer service staff were polite and kept me updated, and I appreciate that. But overall, on a higher-value item, the delay and the downgrade together left me with a poor impression.

My advice if you’re selling more expensive gear: before packing, take clear, close-up photos and video of every surface, especially the screen and lens. Check what their condition grades actually mean. And compare the quote with what you could get selling privately. The difference can be significant.

I sold a lens to mbp and was offered a great price. The transaction was seamless. You just package your gear, print a label and drop it off to the post. So easy and stress free. The money came through as soon as it was checked over. It took very little effort for a great reward.

MPB is always my first stop when I need new camera gear and so far they’ve always had what I’ve needed. MPB really takes the guesswork out of buying used. The thorough descriptions and photos really let you know exactly what you are getting.

I have upgraded till now bought 3 DJI drones, they were all in immaculate condition and a very fare price. I have also bought DJI spare batteries and again these were in perfect condition.
I will no doubt be buying from mpb again.
I can't see the point of buying second hand /used without a warranty.
DJI are a very good drone, so buying them from mpb gives me peace of mind.

I bought a tamron 20-40 lens which turned out to be very noisy during autofocus and I found out while editing that it ruined my videos. I went to my account and realised there is no option for refund. I can only exchange but this is not helpful because after looking into the issue and trying all the troubleshooting online, turns out this may primarily be an issue with this particular lens or lenses and exchanging it doesn't garauntee I won't have the same issue . I'm on day 14 so should qualify for a refund. There should be an option to refund for an issue like this. Don't understand why i must buy something else from MPB . It's leaving me £500 out of pocket with a product that doesn't work as intended .I'm beyond disappointed
