I used their 500k streams accelerator service and it was all real streams, its been months since that though and my music is all safe and im still getting listeners from that promotion its crazy.

Not like any other music marketing company. It took around 72hours for my song to get placed and i was very not patient so I was rushing them but eventually they delivered. Im going to be using moshpit media for all of my releases and i also run a mini record label so ill be using them for my artists there too. If you want to be a serious person in the music industry, work with serious people and those serious people are the likes of moshpit media, universal music group etc. going down the rabbit hole...

I ran two campaigns with MM, using their rookie Campaign and then their algo ai campaign, both were great however the algo ai was more expensive and with that it was also a lot, lot better. I recommend anyone wanting to try them out to just give them a shot, they are a good team and I trust them with my artist profile. I recommend them and give them this review, thanks.

Where to begin. So I hit on the plethora of adds I saw for this company and everything they promised. So I signed up for the base campaign for my new release. I received an email immediately asking for a bunch of information about my song, an mp3 of the song, My cover art, and some other identifying information to help them pitch my song to playlists and to pitch for sync placements. So I thought thanks for looking good here they're on top of it. Fast forward multiple days almost a week I have to email asking what the status is cuz I've heard nothing. They respond saying that my song has been placed for sync consideration and they are still working on getting me on a playlist. I question their process for sync because for my experience a lot of information about your song is needed including stems, instrumentals, and clean versions. So I asked them if they could explain their process for these placements and how it works. The response I get is very vague and doesn't really answer any of my questions. So I respond and ask who they placed these sync attempts with? So they gave me the names of two or three well known sites where you can pitch your own songs, so I go and search these sites and find a record of my song being pitched and I even emailed them to try to get verification with the responses saying they have no such songs ever pitched or in their database. Strike one. Then after while over a week I'm finally notified that my songs been placed on a playlist however a song being in the rap genre was placed on a playlist named after Disturbed sound of silence and appears to be mostly rock music which is completely out of genre for my song. I question this and don't really get any meaningful response. Another week goes by I'm not seeing any meaningful stream count from this out of genre playlist they put me on and I email back multiple times asking if there's going to be any other placements. And I get the same fluff auto response emails saying they're working on it. I then a couple days later get another automated email saying I've been placed on two more playlists. I review these playlists and notice they're both also hard rock themes playlists but these only have between 7 and 12 songs and literally no followers. And the funny thing is the majority of the songs on these playlists are from it complete random different genres. I question this and they advise that they are legitimate playlists. I told them at this time I don't want my song on playlist that don't match my genre because they will increase my skip counts and confuse the Spotify algorithm as to where my music belongs. They once again say they will work on getting me on genre specific playlists. I had to request three times to have my songs removed from these playlists before I finally get response saying they will reach out to the curators to have my songs removed which ended up taking quite a bit longer for that to be accomplished. I finally got set up at this point because 2 to 3 weeks have now gone by and I see no meaningful streams no placements matching my genre and no other services that they've promised being done. The only positive if you can call it that I can say about this is when I finally had enough and told them I was done they did refund me my money minus a very small processing fee even though their ads do state that if they don't get you results and place you on viable playlists to hit spotify's algorithm they'll refund you plus pay $200 which they definitely did not and their terms of service don't state that anywhere in there it's just a clickbait statement for their ads to get you to feel more comfortable with them. Also the advertise that they are an official Spotify partner playlisting company which they absolutely are not verified by Spotify when I contacted them to ascertain if this was true or not they said they've never heard of this company and would not recommend using them. Sorry for the long ramp but I wanted to be as detailed as possible so no one else makes the same mistake I did. This is one of their 31st review on trustpilot and just my personal opinion I can't say this is fact but the positive reviews very much look like bot reviews. Like I said just my opinion may not be true that's just how it appears. So I definitely do not recommend this company they're very vague and shady in the way they describe things and telling you what they're going to do but show you no proof of anything they're doing other than here's an email trust us.

You changed my life as a musician. Music marketing expert here. Or thats what I like to call myself LOL. I have tested Meta ads, playlisting etc But the campaigns this company has in place are amazing. They actually work better than running ads myself or anything like that so sooner or later my whole marketing will be just set for these guys as Moshpit knows what they are doing. I heard about MOSHPIT MEDIA from several other artists that recommended the agency to me, I didnt have as much money as my artist friends but MM still managed to provide a great campaign for me. I’ve only been with Moshpit for about a month, but I can already say that this is hands-down the most professional service I’ve received along with the most attentive and high-quality customer support. Hayden and the team have been outstanding. I couldn't recommend them more to any artists. I got convinced myself because of the reviews I read but what convinced me even more is the service. Real communication with real people, fast results, proof of documentation and real teamwork. Don't trust this company one bit. They got me on botted playlists and had my music removed. I spoke with my distributor and Spotify and they showed me exactly which playlists we the ones that had fake streams and it was all the playlists Moshpit got me on. I messaged them about this, and Hayden wrote back "this happened in April and it's now November and now you're accusing us of fake streams? That's absurd". Then he blocked my account on Insta. What does it matter which month I confront them about it?

I also spoke with multiple other artists that has worked with Moshpit, every single one of them said the same thing. Safe to assume his good reviews are as fake as the playlists he gets you on.

He's going to try spin it and say I purchased a 2nd campaign with him so I must have been satisfied with the first one. At this point, I wasn't aware of the fake streams, so yes I made a mistake by purchasing a 2nd campaign only a week after purchasing the 1st.

Amazing work, i couldnt be more satisfied. I used them for like 3 of my releases now and they have been great, no fake streams or anything like that, they are very transparent and its a great agency, i dont have anything bad to say

I used them for my second release. Couldn't be more happy with the team, they provided results, kept me up to date on everything PLUS it felt like they were my managment team as I had them on dial 24/7 if I had any questions. Give them a shot you genuinely won't be dissapointed - I certainly wasn't. You get your moneys worth and get to collaborate with decent people :DD

Stay away. They use bot streams to allegedly trigger algorithmic playlists. Your song suddenly get a ridiculously unrealistic boost, out of nowhere you have 2-300 listeners for your track, then it drops back to normal after 5-10 minutes. Use botted playlists too, playlists that appear for a while in Spotify, and then suddenly are removed for a while, before they re-appear. You do the math. He also use fake YouTube accounts to "boost" YouTube, adding comments and the same tactics with sudden boost of "viewers" out of nowhere.
Everything looks fine, until Spotify remove the artificial streams, tell the distributor to remove the song, and your distributor keep all the cash.
He has pre-written responses when this happens, and yet he claims to be very surprised and this of course only happens to one customer, and, of course, everything is someone else’s fault. Even with a song that has no other promo than his promo.
When at first 70% of all streams are removed, even proven totally legit streams - and later, the song is taken off Spotify, Hayden has the nerve to claim its only Spotify that has issues, and they are doing illegitimate takedowns. Well, who cares, your actions, Hayden, caused the takedown. Still, he is refunding only 20% because allegedly Spotify is the only problem.
So, Hayden thinks completely worthless "marketing" with fake accounts has a value. Well, it does, for him, because he is a scammer.
His only plus is that he actually answers questions, at least until he ends up with the pre-written responses, he obviously use a lot, because he is so used to getting his customers into the same kind of problems.
This dude has no credibility.

My first review on Trustpilot here we go! Shoutout to the team, they did everything that was promised and went above and beyond my initial expectations. I feel like using a campaign from them is kind of essential. Previously I wasn't able to get onto algorithmic playlists on any platforms, fast-forward 1 week into my campaign and im on pretty much all playlists!! Its like they finally found the audience thats been waiting for me all along. Will be coming back for more campaigns.
