Evaluating 438 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers love how exceptionally easy it is to set up promotion campaigns and connect with active Spotify curators to get their music heard by wider audiences. People also genuinely appreciate receiving constructive advice and detailed insights that help them improve their overall sound and brand identity. However, some reviewers mentioned that tracks were sometimes sent to completely irrelevant playlist curators whose musical styles did not match the song. A few other people also felt that the actual results fell well short of expectations, finding the promotional estimates quite misleading and not worth the money spent.

SoundCampaign is a music promotion platform that helps independent artists and record labels grow their exposure on Spotify and TikTok. We connect musicians directly with real Spotify playlist curators and TikTok content creators to boost their visibility, drive streams, and build fanbases. Since 2020, SoundCampaign has helped over 100,000 artists promote their music effectively without relying on traditional PR agencies. Our platform is transparent, easy to use, and focused on results. Every campaign is designed to help artists get their music heard by the right audience, with no bots or artificial plays involved. For Spotify promotion, artists can submit their songs to a large network of verified curators across genres like pop, EDM, hip hop, indie, Latin, R&B, and more. These curators actively grow their playlists through real marketing strategies. Artists receive detailed feedback from curators, which helps improve future releases and understand how their music is received. For TikTok promotion, SoundCampaign connects artists with creators who know how to make songs trend. These influencers create short-form videos using your track, helping you build momentum, generate streams, and grow your social presence. SoundCampaign is 100% safe and compliant with Spotify’s guidelines. We never use fake streams or click farms. Everything we do is focused on sustainable music growth. Our platform is used by artists, managers, and labels who want to grow their reach, get real feedback, and build long-term success in the music industry.

SoundCampaign's Artist Protection Program

SoundCampaign’s Artist Protection safeguards artists’ promo investments.

SoundCampaign's Artist Protection Program offers automatic credits to artists' accounts if a curator doesn't review their submitted song. This program is designed to protect artists' interests and ensure they receive a feedback for their music promotion campaign. If a curator fails to provide a feedback, the artist receives a credit to their SoundCampaign balance, which can be used for future campaigns.

Swiift and Sweet

My first experience of using SoundCampaign to promote one of my songs has been both positive and successful.
I am about as independent as a music artist as you can get and as an amateur singer songwriter without a publisher I needed someone with connections to push my song to the right Spotify playlist curators who might be interested in my unique style and sound.
Within four days of signing up they had me on three playlists so I am more than happy with that result.
I will use them again for sure.
When you have your own style and play your own music it’s not always easy finding listeners so I am grateful to SoundCampaign for helping me out.

Sound Campaigns sent my new release out…

Sound Campaigns sent my new release out quickly to playlisters and I got added quickly. My mistake was not being more selective in picking the proper genres that categorized my tune. They listened to the song and sent it to the appropriate playlists. Doing that got me the adds I needed. In this day and age it’s very important to cross all t’s and dot the i’s and they helped me achieve that.

Don't waste your money! Scam.

Don't waste your money!! I got great results with another company who emailed me out of the blue. They charged me about £90 or something and I've gone from about 6 monthly listeners to 4k.
So I thought I'd give Soundcampaign a try. All I get is feedback emails, all of which look automated and generic. Totally wasted my money for nothing, didn't get a single stream from this scam.

Dear Nadav,

Dear Nadav,

Thank you for your message. However, I must be candid with you: I am genuinely disappointed with the return on my investment with SoundCampaign so far.

The campaign did not deliver the results I expected in terms of streams, engagement, or meaningful growth for my artist profile. While I appreciate the offer of a Spotify profile review and the promise of exposure, I feel that what was promised upfront did not align with what was actually delivered.

I am not comfortable leaving a 5-star review at this time, as it would not reflect my honest experience. I believe in constructive feedback, and mine is that the campaign needs to show more tangible value before asking for public endorsements.

I am open to discussing this further if you genuinely want to understand my perspective and improve your service.

Regards,
Ecio

It is not easy to get through all the…

It is not easy to get through all the noice out there today. As a new artist it feels impossible sometimes. This thing which SoundCampaign has got going helps me a bit on the way, at least at Spotify. If nobody knows you exist, how can they find your music? You pay SoundCampaign some money and some curators listen to your music, if they like what they hear your music will turn up on new lists at Spotify. It’s not very expensive and it helped my a bit on the way. /Sacre

Absolutely useless service

Absolutely useless service. You pay money for curators to leave comments, even when they don’t add your track to their playlists. On top of that, the tracks are often sent to completely irrelevant curators and playlists — not matching the language or even the musical direction. Some curators even say that the track doesn’t fit their category, which raises the question of why it was sent to them in the first place.

As a result, the money simply gets spent on random feedback and irrelevant playlist submissions, while nothing meaningful happens for the artist. I did not pay for someone to simply comment on my track. I paid for relevant curator exposure and real playlist opportunities. In my experience, this service was absolutely not worth the money.

Read my review and decide for yourself

I have changed my write up. I really do think these companies might be using average independents to make money. My thoughts are they all are only sharing artists who are already a package. Basically milking the average artist and working for the industry still. I base this on what i feel were not genuine reviews from the curators, also the response of this company to my chat. I'm not denying that i wasn't suitable to their curators. I don't think the reviews matched the scores and each of them seemed to have different reasons that should be universal. What is considered good or not good is usually universal. Nah, i would not again pay any of these companies. Maybe make a fun clip and use YouTube promotion, or do your own social media campaign.

Great service

At first I wasn’t as pleased because it felt like the comments were very generic and curators were just looking for an excuse to not place your song. However, now that I gave it another try I must say I’m happy with the result. Even tho I did not get placed in as much playlist as I wanted I was very happy with the fact that the ones I got placed in have a lot in common with my music and the path I’m taking as artists. The service feels so much more personalised towards the artists. It’s great that now they have a much better follow through system, that checks on you during and after the campaign has finalised. With that being said I should also add that sound camping has the best quality-price ratio. You get what you paid for. I would strongly suggest you try Soundcampaign

soundcamps terrible If you are…

soundcamps terrible If you are talking about the music promotion platform, SoundCampaign (often referred to via its domain soundcamps.com), many artists agree with you that it can feel like a massive waste of money. While the service is technically legitimate, users frequently call it "terrible" or even a "scam" because you pay premium prices with absolutely no guarantee of results.Artists routinely complain about the platform for several reasons:High cost, zero placement: You can easily spend $80 to $150+ only for playlist curators to completely reject your track, leaving you with absolutely nothing to show for your money. No refunds: If curators decline your song, SoundCampaign keeps your money anyway, offering no partial or full refunds.Low-effort feedback: When a song is rejected, curators often copy-paste generic, automated-sounding critiques that offer no real value.Temporary spikes: Even if you do get placed, the streams frequently dry up the exact moment your paid campaign ends

Hi Rached Al Khayer,

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Our service is based on organic promotion, so we never charge artists for placements or guarantee a specific number of them. Paying for guaranteed playlist placements is a payola-related approach that is prohibited by Spotify and can put an artist's music at risk of being removed from streaming platforms. Protecting artists and keeping their campaigns compliant is a priority for us, so we will never compromise on this.

The matching process is based on the genres and language selected when setting up the campaign, which makes choosing the right genres particularly important. If you're unsure which genres best describe your music, our support team can help with the selection before the campaign starts.

Not every review results in a placement, but the feedback is an important part of the process. Curators are expected to give an objective reason when a track isn't a good fit, which can help artists understand how their music may be perceived by future listeners and identify areas for improvement.

Your campaign achieved a 33.33% placement rate, which is a good result for an organic campaign. If you have questions about any of the curator matches or reviews you received, please feel free to contact our support team and we'll be happy to take a closer look.

Best regards,
The SoundCampaign Team

Soundcampaign works!

As someone who does A&R, management, and marketing consulting for a ton of artists of all kinds I have tried every possible pitching platform to get streams. Some of them are good- some- not good.

And after all my experiences I am positive that Sound Campaign gets results- not just in getting my clients placed - but in getting them placed on meaningful playlists that get real streams. And that is the real goal for playlist pitching.

Your budget will be depleted quickly with little to show for it

I discovered SoundCampaign on MelodicMind, where Sara Lee rated them 9.8 for safety, placements, and value for money. As a newcomer to Spotify, I decided to try them based on Lee's positive comments. I conducted two campaigns with them, and here’s my perspective on their service.

They are quite pricey, and your budget depletes rapidly. My first campaign was a trial with a $100 budget, which was exhausted in one day, resulting in 2 playlist placements and six feedback comments. Upon checking the playlist curators on Spotify, it appeared that the follower counts listed on SoundCampaign were exaggerated. For example, Mbti Music has 13,662 followers on Spotify, yet they claim 94,318 followers when providing feedback through SoundCampaign. Similarly, RED 32 has 227 followers on Spotify, but they assert having 141,536 followers on SoundCampaign.

Moreover, SoundCampaign does not market your music effectively. They fail to target the best curators for your music genre and even send your tracks to foreign curators who do not speak English, despite instructions to only target English-speaking curators.

Overall, my experience with them was rather lukewarm, and I don’t believe they merit the 9.8 rating given by MelodicMind. You will end up spending a considerable amount of money with minimal return if you use this company. My best advice is to look elsewhere.

Hi Kristine,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We would genuinely like to look into the specific issues you mentioned. However, the email address provided with this review does not appear in our records. If you have run campaigns with us, please contact our support team and share the email address associated with your SoundCampaign account so that we can locate the campaigns and investigate your experience.

Based on the results described in your review, your first campaign received 6 curator reviews and resulted in 2 playlist placements, representing a 33% placement rate. While we understand that campaign results may not always meet an artist's expectations, this is a positive result for organic promotion, where playlist placements cannot be guaranteed.

Regarding the playlist statistics, the information displayed on our platform is based on Spotify data. The follower count shown for a campaign match refers to the specific playlist associated with that curator, rather than the number of followers of the curator's Spotify profile. This distinction may explain why the numbers you saw when visiting a curator's profile appeared different. Once we have the correct campaign details, we would be happy to review the specific playlists you mentioned and verify the information displayed.

Our matching process is automatic and is based on the genres and languages selected during campaign setup. Choosing the most accurate settings is therefore important for achieving relevant matches. Curators on our platform are located in different parts of the world, and their playlists may feature music in multiple languages and be listened to by audiences from different countries. Receiving feedback from a curator who is based outside an English-speaking country does not necessarily mean that their playlist or audience is unsuitable for English-language music.

If a review is written in a language you do not understand, you can use the translation option available directly below each review in your SoundCampaign account.

We would appreciate the opportunity to review your campaigns in detail, including the specific playlist statistics and curator matches you mentioned. Please share the email address used to create your SoundCampaign account or the name of the promoted song with our support team so that we can investigate these points properly.

Best regards,
The SoundCampaign Team

I signed up to the service easily

I signed up to the service easily - then got the AI bots asking me "why" I hadn't joined the service ..... 🙄Not the best start - eventually I got a message stating there were problems with the " system" that's why I was recieving the wrong messaging - not a apology - this particular AI service obviously didn't make mistakes, nor was apologetic - this making me feel like I had done something incorrectly!
The service ( matching playlists to my track )was swift --pricing wise ( which don't get mentioned))- worked out to over £10 a submission to a playlist - 🤔
180 dollars for 13 submissions .!!!
The reviews were varied and informative - conflicting as everyone is different .
Prepare for a lot of eye rolling & exasperation from these " playlisters" - they are in control !!!
They can tell you the production is not good and Mark it as 2.5 - they don't realise it's a multi Grammy award winner responsible for production of some of the worlds biggest selling music ever !!!
They know best !!!
Overall I think expensive for what you get - it's a gamble !!!!
I got a lot more from Submit Hub !
As a guide note ......:)
