I bought a gravel bike through MHW on a big discount. I have appriciated the rapidity and communication on shipping all along the way.

On opening the bike package, I noticed a damage with the cabling of the bike. I quickly made aware the MHW service center - they reply quickly and we agree this had to be replaced with a local scott dealership taking most of the invoice for the repairs.

If I have to buy another bike I will go back to MHW for my purchase knowing they are professional and honest.

I had a very good experience buying my bike from MHW Bike-House. The price was very competitive and the free shipping to Sweden was a big plus. The bike arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

Customer service was excellent and they responded quickly to my questions. Unfortunately the front headlight stopped working after a few months, but they handled the issue professionally and reimbursed the repair without any problems.

Overall I’m very satisfied with both the bike and the support I received and would definitely recommend MHW Bike-House.

I bought a €4,699 e-bike from MHW Bike-House via their Irish-facing website (mhw-bike.ie) in February 2025. Within months multiple faults were confirmed by a Bosch-accredited service centre. Between 30 July and 20 August, three different staff members confirmed in writing that I would receive a full refund once the bike was collected:

• 30 July “We will pick up the bike … and then, as soon as the bike has arrived and been checked, we will refund you.”
• 15 August “We will endeavour to check your bike over the course of the next week and arrange for a refund.”
• 20 August “The refund has already been made and should have arrived in your account.”

Despite these commitments, from 21 August the company backtracked, claimed the bike was “repaired,” provided no evidence of repairs, and continues to hold both my bike and my €4,699. Another wasted hour this week trying to reach someone by phone, usually being disconnected. Unanswered emails. Staff have even claimed not to speak English, despite operating an Irish-facing website targeting Irish consumers.

I recommend you avoid at all costs. Any savings you think you’re making over your local bike shop will pale in comparison to the time, stress and frustration I continue to go through with them.

When a company does not honour its own written commitments, what confidence can any customer have?

ordered a bike from MHW BIKE in November 2024 with a promised delivery in week 8. Shortly after placing the order, they charged my credit card, but since then, the delivery has been postponed multiple times—most recently to week 20.

I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that I can cancel the order if the delivery is delayed further, but they have now stopped responding to my messages. It is unacceptable to take payment for a product they apparently cannot deliver and then ignore customers when issues arise.

I cannot recommend shopping here if you expect reliable delivery and customer service.

The process was easy, the price was amazing and the service outstanding!!!! The product was exactly what was advertised and dlivered quickly!!

All as expected from the order intake to the delivery. The well packaged bike was received rapidly and assembled in no time.

Delivery was quick. Ordering was easy. Unfortunately the bike was delivered with a hydraulic leak at the brake lever - probably not the fault of the bike shop, but perhaps something they could have checked.

Very fast delivery of my new Cube bike. MHW had it out the door and to me in just two days. The shipping company caused some problems due to mishandling, but MHW Bike-House was very responsive and understanding, and made sure to send a replacement part at no cost, and even covered the repair costs. I've been impressed and grateful for their service and happy I bought from them.

Good Experience, the bike came with a 4-5 days delay

MHW sent the bike much later than promised (3-5 days delivery is fake news). But, the worst is that they use DHL for delivery, which at least in Sweden is the carrier with the by far worst reputation. Indeed, almost two weeks after my order, DHL gives me a date and time for delivery, but they never show up on the given day and I never hear from them. I contact MHW by email but they do not answer me untill I send a second more upset email and then they tell me they will contact DHL and get back to me. I have still not heard anything, and still no bike. Never MHW again.

Everything was perfect! Best price I could find. Delivery was on time and bike quality amazing! Got also a manual how to put all parts together. Definetely a 5 stars reccomendation! Thank you!

Hi, I bought a bike from this company around December. After around 80miles the chain get broken. I just wanted to add I live at Poland and I do not have any dealer of the brand Conway around me so warranty technicly is not working at my country. After sending a email with the picture and explanation what’s happen THey told me to get to nearest bike shop, fixed and I will receive a refund for job and part.
I was really surprised how they resolved the problem, great job, unexpected customer service!!!

Very bad customer service. They don't answer most of the e-mails,when you call them they talk only in german and they tell you to write an e-mail. If you write in english they answer(in the rare case when they do that)in german,even though they sell bycicles in the whole world.
I told them to arrange with the shipping company to deliver the bicycle after 16:30 and they just didn't care.
P.S: I still didn't receive the bycicle.
Overall a bad experience! I definetly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
