I startet a claim and got an automated response with a ticket number and the promise to be dealt with within 24 hours. It has been two weeks now, and I reminded them meanwhile by mail and chat. So far, I did not receive any response but the automated message.

Never Again.
The worst shopping experience I’ve had in years.
I ordered a Cube Reaction Hybrid and waited an entire week with zero updates—no tracking, no info if or when it would be shipped. Then out of nowhere on a Sunday, I was randomly refunded (without explanation). I thought the order was cancelled, only to be charged again two days later for the full price of the bike—no heads-up, no email, nothing.
The bike was sent out same day they charged me with the bike (again), which is a juristically completely invalid transaction. The delivery Company (GEL) never even rang my doorbell. It was instantly marked as “undeliverable” and sent back. Now the bike is on its way back to them, but I’m left without my money and Fahrrad XXL is ignoring my emails, even tho Its literally Illegal to withold money for an invalid sale, and a Product that literally never arrived. Here are all the Paragraphs they broke under German Law:
§ 812 BGB – Unjust Enrichment: charging after refund = no valid contract.
§ 355 i. V. m. § 357 BGB – Withdrawal & Refund Obligation: refund must be prompt once goods return.
§ 280 BGB – Breach of Duty: lack of communication and failed delivery handling.
§326BGB Abs. 1Satz1, „Entfall der Gegenleistungspflicht“
Under §326BGB Abs. 1Satz1, I SHOULD be refunded IMMEDIATELY the product has been known to be delivered back to them, and marked as a retoure. Which it was the same day of the attempted Delivery which took place on 15.10.2025
If you value your time, money, or sanity—stay far away from this company. Disorganized, unresponsive, and completely unreliable.

I was in contact with them, because my bike was originally bought there. The Email contact was very slow and very unsatisfying. I was asking for a replacement display. After their own research I was told to order the item from their website. I couldnt find it, and they were not able to give me an article number. So....worthless customer help. Embarassing

Fast and uncomplicated purchase and delivery. Bike came in perfect conditions, well packed. The package was in perfect condition… plus points to delivery company. I purchased a mountain bike: you will need extra tools to tune the bike, for instance to make the fork suspension ready. Other than that, 100% satisfied with the store and delivery system.
