Despite having to call back to send someone for a quote for 3 new windows I’m very happy with the installation and the guys that came to fit them. Came on the day they said and worked all day. Windows superb.

Just had a bi-fold door and several windows installed by Lockwood Windows into a newly built
extension. Everything went very smoothly from my initial visit to the showroom to the installation of the products. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The installers turned up as arranged, were polite and have done a great job at the quoted price. No hesitation to recommend Lockwood Windows.

From our initial contact with Lockwood’s where Ray showed us round and explained about the various door/window options, to Richard’s visit to measure up and make practical suggestions, to Simon and his team who worked professionally and diligently in the very hot weather last week - we were kept informed daily regarding which areas they would be working in and consulted throughout the process.
All looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lockwood Windows. Many thanks guys.

What an excellent company. Firstly Raymond was very good and very helpful. The job was done as said 6 weeks after ordering. Excellent quality of door and fittings. The workmanship from the fitters was exceptional. I could not even see where the old door had been. I definitely recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.

Raymond called out to measure up for a quote on 30.06.25. It is now 12.08.25 and yet still no quote received. I'll seek another company to carry out the work. Clearly not interested in smaller jobs!

I needed to replace my very old front door that was no longer draughtproof. I wanted something that was in keeping with the age and character of my property.
Lockwood Windows have an excellent showroom and knowledgeable staff, that really helped me to make my choice. They did an excellent job of fitting the door and leaving everything so neat and tidy.
I am absolutely delighted with my new front door, it looks amazing and I received a very professional service from start to finish. I’m looking forward to the house feeling much warmer this winter.

Cannot praise the team enough from initial visit, to measuring, to the two lads who removed and installed one single window. Polite, friendly and treated us and our property with respect. We've used other local companies previously, but will not be going back.

Lockwood Windows provide amazing products, very robust and function very well, look superb when installed. The whole house looks transformed with new windows, significantly increasing the value of the house.

The house already feels considerably warmer so will save on central heating.

Improving your home is an ongoing project and choosing good reliable company's is hard. I chose Lockwood Windows after seeking several quotes from double glazing company's. 5 windows fitted over a two day period, excellent job. Very clean and tidy, very considerate in my home. Windows look fabulous would highly recommend Lockwood Windows from my own personal experience. Home is warm and cosy again.

My husband and I had all windows replaced, including a front door and patio doors. Everything was explained to us prior to the fitting which was really helpful and helped us make the right decisions regarding colour and styles.
The fitting went extremely smoothly and we are so happy with the end result. The finished windows look exceptional. A highly professional service. Raymond was a brilliant first point of contact.

Well what can I say I had both my front door and back door, done by Lockwood Windows, and I have no words other than exeptional. The door fitter is amazing and does a great job and certainly entertains you with his singing lol. Thank you so so much the doors are just perfect and I have no drafts

Communication was lacking and frustratingly occurred only when I contacted them numerous times before and after installation. There was also issues with details of the order not being passed on correctly to the fitters meaning that the front door was not positioned as had been agreed with the surveyor. Otherwise the installation side of things went well, clean, efficient and professional. Afterwards issues such as writing appearing between the panes of glass have taken much longer to remedy than I would have hoped. They have our money and seem less motivated to sort it out. So mixed feelings about this company, probably will look elsewhere for future work

Slight mix up on delivery date, Easley resolved, Service superb, installation team installed 2 off 5 panel bay windows, they covered everything with dust sheets, ran around with the Henry before they left for the day.

From the visit to the showroom, ordering through Raymond, survey by Richard and fitting by Luke and Matthew, first class service and an excellent product (composite front door with windows either side).

Second time we've used Lockwood's for a full house makeover (windows doors and roofline) and once again we are very pleased with the result. Richard the owner gave us good information and advice at quote and measuring up visit. Raymond in showroom is very knowledgeable and helpful with decisions. Excellent, hardworking fitting team with good attention to detail. Both Simon and Richard guided us with smaller installation decisions. Quality products plus excellent workmanship despite very cold weather conditions. Can highly recomend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Just had new bay window and front door .Very happy with the service. initial enquiry to the fitting,everyone we had dealings with was helpful and pleasant. No hard sell just straightforward information and price. Clean efficient job by the fitters. Looks great, highly recommend.
