They delivered glass to me that had etching in it. Nothing they recommended would get the etching off. They even asked me to order 6000 grit sandpaper to try to remove it.
Despite all my efforts, I could not get the glass clean. I have been going back-and-forth with them now for weeks. They’ve offered me a partial refund, which I refused.

I am in the process of disputing it with my bank, but you would think that a company that does business on the Internet and relying on these reviews. We try to make this right.

I was willing to take a replacement, but they told me they didn’t know when they were gonna get them back in if ever for a standard round glass table top

They told me nine days ago they were gonna issue a refund and now they’re not answering my text

I ask you is this a company you want to do business with. Cyrus Davis was my sales. / customer rep that has yet to process promised refund

My glassless is of exceptional quality. Much lighter than a conventional mirror, light enough to mount on my closet window. It took a little while to deliver because it was on back order, but I don't even mind.

The 18" tempered glass rounds are just what I needed and at a great price.

I ordered the basic 48”x72” single sliding door and fixed glass panel with the basic perks it came with. They are nice shower door. However, on sliding door side was not wide enough to walk through easily. I barely can squeeze through. It appears I have to live with it now as a flaw. I could have returned it but my contractors already through the packaging away. I didn’t realized I could have customized my own at additional cost. I paid $444.00 for my doors. And when I customized it, it reached a hefty price to $1,300.00 That I could not afford. But I still recommend FG&M. Remember to keep your packaging.

I worked construction for years so I like that you did shop drawings.
Most retail outlets don't think they are necessary. Shop drawing process is needed to make sure both parties are on same page and product it as needed.

The way the team met my expectations. Their response to my order was more than expected. However, there was a problem with the initial top in there was no center hole. They knew I wanted the top by July 3rd. They redid the order and even made a change I requested. The replacement arrived on Sunday, special delivery or so. The top, with center hole, looks great and fits great. And, it was in place days before July 3rd.

Everyone one at Fab Glass was great. I will recommend them to everyone, and will use them for any future needs.

Ordering was very seamless on their web site. They emailed me a break down on their process and the time expected to receive my order. Package received earlier than expected. Super secure packaging without being a huge nuisance to unpack and breakdown for recycling. Did a great job on the polished corners I opted for on my order. Less expensive than some other vendors. Would definitely use them again!

This was our second shower screen from Fab Glass and Mirror. Great prices. Excellent customer service; we had a family emergency and had to put our order on hold for two weeks. Everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful. Arrived when we needed it. Looks and functions perfectly in our shower.
