Great customer service
I had a defective seahorse 2.0 the vape shop online refused to help me. I messaged lookah and they replaced it right away and were very polite. The product lookah seahorse does not seem reliable to work. So I got rubber nectar collectors.

I ordered a $219 gravity bong
I ordered a $219 gravity bong. When it arrived it was the wrong color, had been returned by another customer because it wasn’t wrapped properly and there were no instructions. I wrote Lookah for instructions several times over 3-4 days and never heard from them. There’s absolutely no customer service. Nobody on the chat.
I won’t be shopping with them again!

The support team was straight to the point and was quick to help when I provided my situation. I was missing my terp pearls in my package and the day after I emailed I had my situation fixed. Definitely going to continue using and would recommend to anyone looking for quality stuff.

I had 9 error code on my dragon egg and I had contacted support. They were effective and answered all my questions. Within a few days, I got a tracking number For a new device, all I had to do was send them a picture of proof of purchase like a receipt and photos of the actual issue. Happy dabbing everyone 🙏🏼

Stellar Glassware & Stellar Customer Service
Have ordered several glass pieces from Lookah and WOW! They’re amazing! The amount of crafting that goes into each one has left me speechless. The customer service is PHENOMENAL! Had a piece arrive damaged and they immediately sent out a replacement, even allowed us to keep the damaged one without needing to return it.
In a world where companies will do everything they can to rip you off, it’s so refreshing to find a company that does care. Lookah will always be where I buy my glass pieces from, and I highly encourage you to do the same!

Type v lookah tips
I purchased a seahorse pro and loved it immediately. Then came time for tips, I tried a few from Amazon, all junk even the replacements lol. To get a good tip I bought another seahorse then came tip time again. So I figured I better go directly through lookah, purchased the type v my favorite, go figure the ones I get are doa not faulty like the Amazon ones. Anyways I reached out, explained everything and lookah took care of me and then some! Customer for life!
