First one was a paper weight
Was really excited to get my Switch 2. Stopped working first day due to app making it brick. Then I had to wait over a week for another one.
I know it’s not the end of the world, just disappointing after being a long time customer.

Do you research
They were great with replacing the glass twice. Now that I have been able to use the XS for a few weeks, I am not impressed. I am a heavy dabber and the devise doesn't hold a charge. I have to charge the device 2-3 times a day, I turn it off after I use it each time. Wish I would have done more research, I probably would have chosen a different device or a different brand all together.

Amazing piece

The Doc Has You Covered
I've been a Dr.Dabber customer for 6 years now. I own 6 of their e-rigs and will be grabbing the Switch Go when the money avails itself. I have purchased numerous accessories for all of my e-rigs and everything works as described or they make it right. One thing I found particularly nice was when the OG S2 Sapphire was released and they later decided to reduce the pricing I was sent a refund based on the price reduction without asking. I have also received random discount codes when I'm browsing for a purchase. They are quite reasonable and flexible with their warranty and replacing things that aren't covered for the sake of customer satisfaction. One thing I like in particular is how well everything holds up in terms of performance. I have had some heat related cracking that leaves cosmetic damage, but none of my rigs have ever started performing worse. The consumable atomizers last a really long time when following their recommended cleaning instructions. I have considered other e-rigs before, but I can't even chance a company that doesn't stand by warranties the way DD does. You won't be disappointed shopping with them and if you are, I bet the they'll correct it.

The switch 2 is one of the best…
The switch 2 is one of the best products I have ever received. And I started out with B nails fortunately it was a game changer and then after that, I want to you guys and you took care of me with both concentrate herb, vape pen, and the concentrate pen as well. I recommend this to anybody who wants pure satisfaction and get the right taste the right high and enjoy it to the max. Thank you guys at Dr. Dabber for helping me out and getting me such a great product. I’ll be a fan for life and intend to get more stuff.

Great products, Dr Dabber to me is the pinnacle of Dab Machines. Everything they put out feels likes its made to last. Every purchase came well packed and free delivery for me and I will not ever buy another Dab machines unless its from the Dr! Don't settle for second best the Dr Dabber will Yabba Dabba Do Ya!!!!!
