Bid on mystery box stating it was…
Bid on mystery box stating it was 35lbs. Won bid. Paid over $100 for shipping from New York, expected for a 35lb box. When received, I weighed box and it was 11.7lbs including the box it was shipped in. Opened it and nothing but junk. Read the fine print. The photo they use is NOT what you get and the auction does state this. Filed complaint with them and waiting to see what they say if they respond at all. Do not bid at this site. Rip off for sure
I would be embarrassed to sell items…
I would be embarrassed to sell items they allow to be sold. Things that I belong in a dumpster are being sold. Have some dignity liquidation.com and stop letting trash sellers sell literal trash. You can blame the buyer all day long but at the end of the day the fault lies with liquidation.com. I would be ashamed to work there and ethically I could not do it. Hurting people should not be the goal of the day.
Shoe box had shoes worn for months…
Shoe box had shoes worn for months years. No soles no tread most had holes in them. Slides were cut no shoestrings. I buy better at goodwill. It was a ridiculous and laughable box to say the least. They sent me a message back saying this is how they are and too bad pretty much. What a waste of money. Lesson learned.
Seller did not ship or refund- result they canceled MY account
I won an auction and paid for it within hours of the notification. I waited a week then looked at my tracking and saw it had not even been shipped. I emailed them they said if I had not received it by that Friday ( I kept the email) they would cancel it for me. They did in fact do that, I saw the auction for my items go live again. I waited two weeks for a refund and tried to get in touch with the seller with no success. I filed a dispute to get my money back and they canceled MY account.
I would give them 0 stars if possible
I would give them 0 stars if possible, they only care about getting their money and always always side with the seller if if you prove your case, high risk is not worth to take, if the goods are really worth more than they are selling it to you for, why don't they sell it for more somewhere else!!!. THINK ABOUT IT. If it sounds too good to be true, then don't believe it and waste your time and money. I thought I would try it for the first time and I got scammed on the first tow and last purchases and did not get much support from liquidation.com
Bought two bulk lots of Women's new…
Bought two bulk lots of Women's new with tags dresses. One I will take the blame for and missed the note at the bottom that said they were not name brand. The second said they were boutique and the new with tags. They were all Amazon. 40 Dresses with a faux denim jean print in size 3XL. What am I to do with that? You buy a variety pallet and it has three different dress styles. I'm disgusted....and let with the feeling liquidation.com laughed all the way to the bank.
We purchased a bulk lot of 500 pieces…
We purchased a bulk lot of 500 pieces of makeup from seller bernstein2998. What was advertised as name brand makeup such as cover girl and loreal in salvage condition, ended up being less than 30 of 500 purported (we're not sure if we received even that) items, all of them were damaged. This lot was a bait and switch, and very dissimilar from the photograph posted on the listing. I have opened a dispute with my card company and we no longer want to work with liquidation.com
Total trash!!
Total trash!!! Bought mystery lost and returned packages of mail. They sent me a Christmas tree. Do not buy!!!
If I could give them less than one star…
If I could give them less than one star I would. We won a pallet or what we thought was a pallet for $825, after shipping was around $1300. 500 items that claimed of new electronics. Basically got 200 cheap clear iPhone 16 magnetic cases, and 200 USB charging cords generic, and the boxes to put them in had to be assembled, which equal another hundred basically when did it given like 25 regular size items which were generic knock offs and two of them have already been flagged on eBay for a counterfeit. When I contact liquidation.com they basically tell me they can’t provide any more information than they already did, and you can file a claim, but they’ll probably deny it. So pretty much you’re screwed. Just deal with it. I would run away from this company. They are a scam.
Quickly becoming a scam
This company actually provides a platform in auction style where you can actually find good buys the problem is they arrange the shipping themselves for most Lots and they are literally charging you double of what that shipping would be if you arranged it yourself and you don't have an option unless they give you an option to arrange your own. That said my last interaction with them I purchased two lots in auction from the same warehouse and on their website they give you the option to consolidate shipping when the auctions are coming from the same warehouse well once I won the auctions and requested this to happen I was told they could not do it even though it states it on their own website so on top of doing the ultimate dishonest Act of profiting on the shipping they arranged they to me feel like they are quickly becoming a scam

Its a.scam complete the picture that they show is not real.. like what you see is not what you get.. complete rob dont waste the money on this webside
Beware of misleading descriptions
Purchased several times from Liquidation.com and have come across a couple shady deals. False advertising about contents of boxes / items purchased. The last one from buyer Arianna102 showed photos of two handbags in particular, I won the auction and received my box full of crappy, dirty used clothes, with no handbags. My fault I guess since no manifest was included, but the multiple photos of the handbags sure suggested they would be included. Be careful. Some boxes have been good, other have been all trash.
Waste of money
Arrived quickly. All returns, 90% clothes, alot of duplicates. Only things not clothes were broken. Only 39 items received (1 short). Huge waste of money. Will be donating most of it
Never buy from this site!!!waste of…
Never buy from this site!!!waste of money and time!!junk items, poor materials clothing and items. They're scammer!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought a truckload of customer returns. It is filled with junk. Stuff is literally labelled JNK and Salvage. Don’t even get me started on the Manifest. All I’m doing is basically just dump runs. Waste of money, and worse, waste of time.
Misleading Listing, Extremely Poor Quality, Refusing to Take Responsibility
Do not waste your money on Liquidation.com.
What I received was absolute garbage compared to what was advertised. The listing and manifest were completely misleading. The products were cheap, low-quality junk, mostly plastic and fake-looking materials, nowhere near what was described.
This is not about a few damaged units. The entire shipment was misrepresented. The quality was so bad it’s honestly shocking that this company is still operating.
I provided clear video proof showing the full lot, yet they keep asking for individual videos of each product as if that changes anything. It’s just stalling, avoiding responsibility, and refusing to admit they sold trash under a false description.
No accountability, no real customer service, just excuses.
Liquidation.com sides with sellers pushing cheap, worthless products and leaves buyers stuck with the loss.
Avoid this company completely.
This company is a piss of s*it
This company is a piss of s*it, i literally throw away my money. Karma, I can’t believe they are in business. This is BS I’m soooo man, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IS TRASH WHAT YOU GONNA GET
0.1Star – Not as Advertised / Misleading Experience
1 Star – Not as Advertised / Misleading Experience
I purchased a so-called “unclean / unclaimed box” totaling about $600, expecting items that were genuinely unclaimed or undeliverable, as advertised.
What I received was not consistent with that description at all.
Nearly all of the packages:
• Had the exact same shipping label
• Appeared to be pre-opened or ripped
• Looked repackaged or consolidated, not random or unclaimed mail
This raised immediate red flags, as legitimate unclaimed packages would not all originate from the same label or arrive already opened without disclosure. The condition and presentation of the items were materially different from what was advertised.
I reached out to the seller for clarification and resolution and was not provided with a satisfactory explanation or solution.
⚠️ Important for other buyers:
If you experience the same thing — identical shipping labels, opened packages, or items that are clearly not what was advertised — you may have the right to dispute the charge with your bank under “item not as described.” Take photos, save the listing, and don’t hesitate to protect yourself as a consumer.
I strongly encourage others to do their research and proceed with caution before purchasing!!!
Mystery box of household goods
Mystery box of household goods some very usful one or two puzzling where they could be used. Box contained 3 x bamboo bags which will be used.
I won two auctions last week and showed…
I won two auctions last week and showed up to pick them up. One was an ebike that retailed for 1999,99, 1000 Watt ASAP Zebra, and another item, A girls ride-on 12v toy. The bike was sealed inside a box, and I opened it to a 299.00 Bike Retail, and the Girls Ride On 12V said Display Model only, Not for Resale. !00% fraudulent behavior, but theyll do anything in their power to hope you don't notice. They will have the item sealed up like it's brand new. This is for the items you can show up and pick up yourself. I can't imagine the kind of things they ship out. @usstatesattorneygeneral
