Expensive returns not acknowledged or processed
I am writing this to warn other buyers about my experience returning items to Linjer. Sizing is incredibly difficult to get right, and this was my third order trying to find the correct fit.I followed all of Linjer's official return instructions perfectly. I personally paid for the return shipping delivery, provided them with the tracking number, and shipped two expensive rings back in one parcel.According to the shipping carrier's tracking data, the parcel successfully arrived at Linjer's warehouse exactly 3 business days ago. Despite this, customer service completely refuses to acknowledge receipt of the package. They are ghosting my emails entirely.These are expensive rings, and I am not asking for an immediate refund processing—I simply want a human confirmation that my high-value parcel is safely in their hands. The lack of basic communication and transparency is deeply concerning. My order number are order #3517839 and order #3516274
