It is a horrible insurance. Please stay away. If you do not speak danish, they hang up the line. Unfriendly, and they do not know what customer care means! Useless.

Foreigners aren't catered for with Lærerstandens Brandforsikring
I was unlucky enough to have scraped my car and was required to contact my insurance to figure out the next step. Contacting you (insurance company) was a difficult and horrible experience as a foreigner who had to try to manoeuvre through the continuous options on the phone to actually speak to an operator. After several attempts (and long periods of waiting), during my breaks at work, I finally managed to talk with an operator who then told me I had to be put through to another department! This brought upon more stress and frustration. The procedure for contacting you directly, is awful for people who don't have at least level 3 in Danish to manoeuvre through the phone call. It brings uncalled for stress, annoyance, and regret in having you as my insurance company. Do better!

LB forsikring / Runa forsikring is an unprofessional company with unethical case handlers
LB forsikring / Runa forsikring is an un-professional company. A customer who has their car insurance reversed in full speed into my car from behind and i hit my head on steering wheel and broke 1 front tooth and chipped 2 other front teeth. Everything was recorded in parking cameras and also acknowledged by dentist. Their case handler lied that my teeth can’t break from car who hit me from behind. And closed the case saying that she knew better than a professionally qualified dentist who assessed the impact on my teeth. And ignored the parking camera video. Please do not take insurance from this unethical insurance company. Because god forbid you have unfortunate incident, their case handler will simply lie and avoid covering your expenses. And ask common people to file a case and frighten them with legal expenses. My insurance company Forsia does not engage in such cheap and unethical practices.

In general, we can inform you that, as a liability insurance company, we assess your injuries based on the available documentation in the specific case. Since compensation for personal injury is governed by the Danish Liability Act (Erstatningsansvarsloven), we asses a claim according to this law. We always provide guidance on the options available for pursuing the case further if one disagrees with our assessment.
We understand that you have already made a complaint to our department for personal injury, and therefore you will receive an answer from the department within this week.

Situation (solved, thanks to LB)
I am writing to the representative of Lærerstandens Brandforsikring.
A very strange situation happened to us.
We bought a car, when buying we accepted another insurance company (2025.04.02). We had 14 days to change the insurance company, which we did, switched to LB insurance (2025.04.10).
But then for some reason we were returned to the previous insurance company, without our permission (2025.04.11).
We contacted your insurance company again, and insured with you again (2025.04.16).
But today I got into the system and see that we are insured with another company again!!! (2025.04.22).
We talked to your operators many times and during the last conversation they assured me that everything was ok.
The last situation/conversation: 2025.04.16 we called the previous insurance company, said that we were leaving them, they answered us that "ok", but only another insurance company can transfer us, and said that the LB insurance company made some mistake, then we called LB back, they returned us to LB by phone again...
But now we have been transferred back again to another insurance company! (after 2025.04.16 we do not any contact the other insurance company, we do not open any letters with an offer from them). You can see the history of changes at tjekbil. You also billed us 102 DKK for supposedly switching to another company (which we didn't do).
Dear LB, can you explain what happened? How can we insure our car with you?
Our Medlemsnummer in your database is 3481826 (car Honda).
