Negative stars would be more accurate! This site led me to believe that I was paying $5.00 to ask a question about a Shark vacuum. It then charged me $70.00 for a monthly subscription for 1 question and would not issue refund. I'm going to contact my credit card company tomsee if they cn do anything!
