We had a very disappointing experience with IGP this time.
I have partnered with IGP multiple times in my previous organisation, and the experience had always been great. Unfortunately, this order did not meet the expectations I had based on those past experiences.
We placed the order on 15th July, expecting delivery by the last week of August. However, the delivery was significantly delayed, with very little communication or timely updates throughout the process.
There were several other issues with the order:
The agreed-upon blue bottle was changed at the last minute without proper communication.
The T-shirts and caps had untidy prints and poor finishing.
The mug logo was printed on the wrong side, making it invisible when held in the right hand.
The Kolkata shipment was poorly packaged, with all the kits placed loosely in a carton. Several items arrived in poor condition and the kits were not presentable.
These kits were meant for our management and employees, so quality, finishing, and presentation were particularly important. Unfortunately, the overall delivery fell short on all these aspects.
What made the experience worse was the lack of communication and the absence of a satisfactory response even after sharing our concerns.
I had always trusted IGP based on my previous experiences, which is why this was particularly disappointing. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving its communication, quality checks, and packaging standards.
Not able to reply to the reviews. It was bulk order. Here is the invoice no. OWI/July/26/009

When the delivery person reached the address and claimed to have not found a corporate building, I asked IGP to call me immediately. They did not call. If they did, I would have called the guest in conference call to clarify. Instead they chose not to call and close the matter at their end. Now they are refusing to give refund on the original payment method.

If there was an option of zero star I would have selected the same.
Probably worst portal to order gift for your loved one. Please be very very careful before spending a single penny on this portal.

They missed the time, ruined my sister's birthday and then didn't have the courtesy to respond to Whatsapp text. Because guess what? They don't even have a working phone number. They can choose when to respond to a text and when not. This is a SCAM. Please don't order your special occasion things from here. They don't care. They are a fraud.

The item was never delivered and they marked it as delivered. Customer service has no clue. I paid for an order worth AED 1200 and the items are no where to be found.

I ordered a Charming Lily and Rose Bouquet from IGP India to celebrate the birth of my sister's baby boy. I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet for a special family occasion, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
Although the bouquet arrived on time, the actual product fell significantly short of the presentation shown on the website. The brown wrapping paper was heavily creased, the ribbon was untied and untidy, and the flowers appeared stale rather than fresh. To make matters worse, the bouquet was wrapped in paper covered in printed newspaper-style text, which looked unattractive and far less elegant than the presentation advertised.
I raised a complaint and shared photographs and a video of the delivered bouquet. IGP apologised for the quality and presentation, but its initial offer was just 15% of the order value as wallet credit, later increased to 25%.
The situation became even more concerning when IGP's Escalation Desk informed me that the bouquet had undergone a quality check before dispatch and provided a photograph as evidence. However, the bouquet in IGP's own QC photograph also appears loosely arranged, with uneven wrapping, protruding foliage and an untidy ribbon.
If this is the standard of presentation accepted during a quality check, I have serious questions about how these checks are performed and what quality standards are actually enforced. The photograph provided by IGP did not reassure me; instead, it raised further doubts about the effectiveness of its quality-control process.
After repeatedly requesting a full refund, I was offered 30% of the bouquet price as wallet credit, valid until April 2027, or a mere 15% refund to my original payment method. Neither option adequately addresses my complaint or the poor experience I received. I should not have to make another purchase from a company that has already failed to meet my expectations just to use compensation offered for that failure.
This was a gift intended to celebrate an important family milestone. I understand that natural flowers may vary slightly from photographs, but that does not excuse poor presentation or concerns about freshness. The way my complaint has been handled has only added to my frustration and further undermined my confidence in IGP.
I have retained the photographs of the advertised bouquet and the delivered product, the QC photograph provided by IGP itself, and the complete email correspondence.
I strongly do not recommend IGP for special-occasion gifts. The poor presentation, concerns about the freshness of the flowers, questionable quality-control standards, and inadequate response to my complaint have completely undermined my confidence in the company. A special family occasion deserved much better than this. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative gifting services rather than risk the same disappointment with IGP.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience and Pathetic Customer Service!**
I ordered two designer cakes for my son’s and husband’s birthdays, hoping to make their special day memorable. Unfortunately, the cakes arrived damaged, completely ruining the occasion.
The worst part is that I have **clear pictures and videos of the cakes at the time of delivery**, proving the condition in which the order was received. Despite providing evidence and requesting a replacement, the company is asking me to accept an apology and a mere 20% wallet refund instead of taking proper responsibility for the issue.
Why should a customer bear the consequences of the company’s poor service? These cakes were ordered for a special family celebration, and the entire experience was spoiled because of their failure to deliver the order in proper condition.
An apology and a 20% wallet refund are not an acceptable resolution for damaged products, especially when photographic and video evidence is available.
**Extremely poor customer service, zero accountability, and a disappointing way to treat customers.** I expected a proper replacement or a full refund, not a small wallet credit that forces me to spend with the same company again.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company for special occasions. They completely spoiled our special day, and I am extremely disappointed with the way they handled the complaint.

I didn’t even wanted to give this company one star. Please do not and I mean do not believe their delivery date and time thing that they promise to deliver your order, It’s rubbish they don’t deliver your order on time at all and never give you proper tracking of your order as well. If you ask them for refund they say oh when your order is at the door just don’t take the order and we will then see if it is RTO then will give you the money. I have placed order as a gift to someone are they stupid or something. If I have known before I would have never made this mistake for ordering from this company.

I ordered a cake as a surprise for my mother’s birthday, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The cake delivered was tasteless and not fresh, completely ruining a special occasion.
When I raised a complaint, I was asked to share a photo so they could “check the freshness and taste.” It makes no sense to judge taste or freshness through a picture. I also clearly mentioned to Ms. Pragati that this is not the first time I’ve faced such an issue, yet instead of offering compensation or a genuine resolution, the focus was only on getting a photo.
Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with their service. Repeated quality issues and poor complaint handling are unacceptable.

I placed a simple order of flowers and I got a confirmation msg as usual that it was delivered. Later that night I finally asked the receiver if they had recieved it, they said no. I sent a complain and then got a response with a picture of items to be delivered with a false geo tag location which was nowhere near the receiver's place. I wrote a harsh email and then came a series of apologies and final email that said my order will be delivered without any extra charge. It was handled well but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Order 20038768. Paid ₹2,195 for a bouquet with a confirmed 9 PM-1 AM delivery slot on Oct 5 for a special occasion. It never arrived. No call, no update, nothing. Three emails - ignored. A phone call - options promised, nothing happened. Their WhatsApp support told me to wait 24-48 hours for an escalation call while my occasion passed. IGP took my money, missed a confirmed delivery, and then stonewalled every channel. Order elsewhere - this company does not deliver, literally.

I placed order on 29th of August for Rakhi and they failed to deliver items, when I contacted them first they said they attempted delivery while they didn’t as my parents are always home,I still gave a benefit of doubt that they might have called before coming for delivery and my parents might’ve missed their call so I rescheduled delivery and my parents had their phone with them the whole day,no one called or come to deliver items then last week after waiting for a month I asked them to refund the money ,they said they will review and then refund and on 6th of October today I am still waiting for their reply and my money to be refunded and also I ordered twice before this ,they never come to my house to deliver items and they called my parents to collect from nearby city and this time they didn’t even ask them to collect. I have all the proof of my communication with them through WhatsApp and clicked photos in case they deny and try to take down the review.
