I had a very disappointing experience with G2G.

I purchased two Minecraft accounts that were advertised by the seller as including a permanent Minecraft license. Some time later, Microsoft refunded the game and removed it from both accounts, leaving me with accounts that no longer contained the product I paid for.

I contacted the seller immediately. They acknowledged the issue, explained that Microsoft can sometimes issue involuntary refunds, and asked me to wait 24–48 hours while they investigated. I provided everything they requested and waited in good faith. After that, the seller stopped responding.

When I contacted G2G Support, my refund request was rejected because the order had exceeded the insurance period. I explained that the seller had advertised the license as permanent and that I had delayed only because I was waiting for the seller's promised response. Despite this, my appeal was still denied.

Based on my experience, I recommend that buyers be very cautious when purchasing digital accounts on this platform. If a problem you wont be protected.

The seller sent me 4k instead of the 5k I paid for. He was also unresponsive in chat and took 24 hours to deliver the gold. Strongly advise using another seller.

I have been a seller on this site since 2017.They blocked withdrawals for six months.They cannot provide a legal basis or a link to the rules explaining why they are blocking the funds from my completed orders. I fulfilled all the orders—I have video proof—and the site received payment for them, yet I am unable to withdraw my money.
G2gAdmin6 wrote to me stating that my cancellation rate is below their threshold; they don't have a link to this rule, nor did he mention that this would result in a block on funds.
95% of the cancellations were initiated by buyers.G2G has several order stages. At the stage where the cancellation was attributed to me, the buyer could have initiated dozens of such cancellations.Сan also chat with the seller without placing an order.
They also blocked me from making sales; perhaps G2G has the right to do that, but blocking the funds I honestly earned is a scam.
P.S Add a step before placing the order that requires the buyer to contact the seller via G2G chat.

Seller took 21 hours to do a 3-4 hour order. poor communication and failed on delivering the promise.

The best thing that happened to the internet is G2G. Such a beautiful website for small creators and users. Thank you for existing. Although I had a one bad experience. But it is still worth it.

As an experienced online merchant, I have never experienced such absurd support. I successfully fulfilled manual top-up order 1788666794156US8H. The buyer received the items, confirmed delivery in the live chat, and left a positive review.

Despite this, G2G support agents (Luthfi R, May C, Argenta N) repeatedly rejected the payout using blind, copy-pasted automated replies. They demanded that the buyer's email/ID appear on my personal Google Play payment receipt—completely ignoring the reality of how manual top-ups work, where I am the seller paying with my own personal card and Google account. They also falsely claimed timeline discrepancies based on their own platform's timezone bugs, completely ignoring the exact live chat and review timestamps.

I escalated the ticket to a supervisor, but their support keeps stonewalling. Releasing earned funds shouldn't require performing impossible technical feats.

A client bought an account with 1,500 hours on it and banned it within 24 hours! G2G said it was my fault and refunded the money! I had all the evidence of his guilt, but they considered it a lie! Order no. 1788109765755OE0Q
