AVOID. Given them couple of chances - ripped off both times. Claims incorrect tyres ordered [budget tyres??] and then can't get hold of the correct parts. car held for two weeks. labour costs are huge.

Only giving one star as I as I can't give less!! The service from this garage was absolutely appalling. They attempted to charge £120 upfront before even looking at the car, despite the AA already having diagnosed and explained exactly what work was required. This felt completely unjustified and like an attempt to take advantage of a very young customer.
An 18‑year‑old girl was spoken to in a patronising and intimidating manner, with male mechanics making inappropriate, misogynistic comments such as “my dear”. This was uncomfortable, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional.
The female manager was equally unpleasant, repeatedly interrupting before the customer could even explain the issue, showing no interest in listening or helping resolve the problem.
There was no transparency, no respect, and no customer care shown at any point. The overall experience felt hostile and exploitative rather than professional.
Avoid at all costs. Do not touch this garage with a barge pole.

Appalling attitude and unethical! Charged me for labor which was completely unjustified and when I confronted them I was swarmed by a whole lot of bad attitude. Absolutely avoid

They claimed I needed a head gasket cutting £1500. Vauxhall did a diagnostic and found a cracked coolant container £50. I would use them for tyres and basic servicing but not for diagnostic stuff

Booked to have work done 3 weeks in advance left work early on the Friday dropped my car off due to pick up on the Saturday afternoon arrived to pick it up to find that no work had been done at all i lost a day at work as it my only transport and no logical reason given for it not to be done and no apologies i will not use them again

Poor customer service, rude, insulting, derogatory remarks about customers. They didn't know the VW/Audi/Skoda 2.0TSI engine has a timing chain instead of a cambelt. They call a customer 'anal' for wanting for the manufacturer's recommended grade oil used in their car!
