Excellent service lots of great advice and easy App experience explaining blood results and a plan tailored to my needs
Lots of biomarkers with clear explanations and actionable steps to improve health
A great service that I'm glad I invested in. The app is great for laying out my results in an easy to read way and provides useful, actionable steps I can take to improve. I like the fact that I get three tests a year to start tracking trends and potentially catch anything early. Very happy with the service so far.
I had high hopes for DoHelp, and one of the main reasons I signed up was its association with Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, which gave me confidence in the service. I was particularly interested in the initial blood test covering 50 biomarkers.
The blood collection process was excellent: quick, straightforward and with results available very quickly.
Although my overall results were quite good, I was hoping for personalised guidance on how to improve the biomarkers that were outside the recommended ranges. Instead, the advice is very generic and repetitive, often suggesting lifestyle changes that I already follow as part of my daily routine.
I was also expecting some form of follow-up with a qualified doctor or nutritionist, rather than relying solely on AI.
Finally, I was very disappointed to discover that subsequent tests only include 11 biomarkers instead of 50. I don't think this is made sufficiently clear on the website and it should be transparent from the beginning.
Great testing experience, but disappointing follow-up and lack of personalised professional support.

My first ever negative review for anyone
I am extremely disappointed with Do Health and would strongly advise anyone considering their membership to read the small print very carefully before handing over their money.
I paid £249 for an annual membership advertised as including three blood tests per year, with prominent references to over 50 biomarkers.
Like many customers would, I understood this to mean I could monitor and compare a comprehensive range of health markers throughout the year. That was the main reason I signed up.
What wasn’t made sufficiently clear was that only the FIRST test includes 50+ biomarkers. The second and third tests measure just 11!
That’s a massive reduction in what you’re actually getting, and something I consider extremely important when deciding whether a £249 membership represents good value.
Had I understood this before purchasing, I categorically would NOT have subscribed.
I raised a formal complaint, expecting Do Health to take some responsibility for how its membership was presented.
Instead, I received lengthy explanations about why they only test 11 markers, completely missing my point. My complaint wasn’t about their testing methodology. It was about the clarity and transparency of their advertising.
When I challenged them to provide evidence of exactly what customers were shown at checkout in June 2026, they claimed the information had been clearly displayed alongside the payment details.
Yet the only evidence they sent was three screenshots of website information. Not one showed the actual checkout page, payment details or purchase button I specifically requested.
Even more concerning, I found that their own membership help article, updated in June 2026, advertised three blood tests per year without explaining that two of those tests would measure only 11 biomarkers.
Do Health has subsequently introduced an option to pay EXTRA to repeat the comprehensive blood tests, following customer feedback.
So apparently customers now have the option to pay even more to receive the comparative testing I believed I was purchasing in the first place.
Despite explaining everything and requesting a reasonable resolution, Do Health refused to provide complimentary comprehensive testing or a partial refund.
To me, that demonstrates a disappointing approach to customer satisfaction. Rather than acknowledging how their advertising could create unrealistic expectations and offering a fair compromise, they have simply defended their membership structure.
The bottom line: you are NOT getting three comprehensive blood tests for £249. You get ONE comprehensive test and TWO significantly reduced panels of just 11 markers.
I believe the marketing creates a misleading impression of what customers are paying for, and I feel thoroughly let down by the company’s response.
I would not have purchased this membership had the limitations been made sufficiently clear, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend Do Health.
One star. Very disappointing.
SCAMMY LIKE BEHAVIOUR - pay most attention to the lowest ratings here. You can't see the locations of the blood test centres until you pay for your subscription - they could be hours away from you. Mine wasn't, BUT the first available date to me (which had one time slot) was over a month away - so out of the 12 month subscription WHICH STARTS IMMEDIATELY, I lost a month. Then guess what, the date was cancelled by the centre - so I rebooked. Only the rebooked date wasnt available for at least a further 4 weeks - SO THATS TWO MONTHS of nothing out of my 12 month subscription.. I am writing the review today because......yes you've guessed it.....the test has been cancelled a second time.... To pay for a subscription that delivers nothing until you've had your blood test (and then of course the results - who knows how long they will take), and to not have a date available for two months is downright theft in my eyes. How can you justify paying for a subscription that doesn't deliver anything for the first two months (or more). Do Health is like a scammy online company from the early 2000's. Chatterjee is raking in money off your subscription that can't do anything for you until a test is delivered and results obtained. Disgraceful, typical of a social media and tv "personality" living off their name rather than their qualification

I really recommend this app if you want to take responsibility for your own health. I’ve only done my first blood test but I’ve already started doing the actions. I’m keen to see if I can get my biological age down.

The clinic were flexible, despite the fact I was 20 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, they fitted me in between other appointments.

An easy and empowering way to take control of your health
My experience with Do Health has been really positive. The whole process was straightforward, convenient and easy to use. I particularly like the opportunity to take a more proactive, preventative approach to my health rather than waiting for something to go wrong.

After a short wait on the waiting list, I was offered a wide range of appointment times, including weekends, at a Glasgow city centre clinic.
The appointment went very smoothly, and having had my tests taken on Saturday morning, I received my results on Sunday. I then received an email advising me to contact my GP about a couple of the results.
I was also able to use their AI chatbot to obtain a copy of my results to send to my GP, and I was provided with a PDF containing all 50 biomarkers.
Very impressed with the service so far!
