I would like to take a moment to appreciate Chandini and Akash from FlyDealFare for their outstanding customer service and support.

Both of them were extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the booking process. They took the time to understand my requirements, explored different options, and worked hard to find me the lowest possible fare. Their commitment to getting me the best deal, along with their prompt communication and willingness to help, made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.

What impressed me most was their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction rather than simply completing a booking. Finding such a competitive price while providing excellent customer support truly deserves recognition.

I strongly recommend that FlyDealFare management recognize Chandini and Akash for their exceptional efforts. Employees who consistently go above and beyond for customers deserve appreciation, rewards, and meaningful career growth. I would personally encourage management to consider a salary hike or other performance-based recognition for both of them.

They are valuable assets to your organization, and I hope their efforts receive the recognition they deserve.

Thank you, Chandini and Akash, for making my booking experience such a positive one. Keep up the excellent work!

Booked a round trip to Denver on Flydealfare and the fare was way lower than anywhere else, ticket came through fine and the flight was normal. Confirmation email was a little slow though.

The associate I spoke to was very courteous and helpful.

Great service

Amazing customer service, especially thanks to Chander for such a great experience

We booked a European trip for 3 weeks with this company on the recommendation of a relative who has previously worked with them. We had not.

Mr Gurjant planned and organized it for us. We had specific needs including, dedicated comfortable SUV with driver, wheel Chair accessible hotels and places, good 5 star hotels, restaurants, sight seeing at a reasonable price.

I was most pleased with the details and timely communication. They adjusted to our needs.

Unfortunately, one of our travelers got bad news prior to the trip with serious lung cancer that needed to be treated immediately.

We had to cancel the trip for the 3 of us and had to work with them again.

Needless to say the response, care, compassion by Mr Gurjant, Chander & Sumit was great. Management was also supportive.
In a very timely manner they cancelled everything and negotiated on our behalf with various entities involved.

We are most impressed with this business and plan to use them again when we re-book.

I highly recommend this team for their professionalism and service.
