Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The agency confirmed a price, collected my personal and credit card details, and then called back saying they couldn’t honor the fare because the airline didn’t agree. If the price wasn’t guaranteed, it should have been verified before taking my information. This is a major trust issue and reflects poor customer service.

We'd like to clarify that airline fares are never guaranteed until a ticket is successfully issued with a unique 13 digit ticket number. Due to the dynamic nature of airline pricing, fares can change at any moment. In many cases, even when customers book online and complete a payment, if the fare changes before ticket issuance, the airline simply declines the booking and refunds the payment without any prior discussion. In your case, we were unfortunately unable to secure the quoted fare. However, your credit card was never charged. We requested your payment details only to attempt ticket issuance at the live fare available at that time. Travelopod has been serving customers for over 21 years, and we take the security of our customers' personal and payment information very seriously. We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Not a good travel agents , people there do the false commitment on phone and will not fulfill once booking is done .They do verbal commitment to get bookings and will never fulfill it. Stopped picking phone.

Worst Experience
This is one of my worst experience working with Travel Pod and your agent Sachin. He is very transactional in nature and wants book and move on. He least cared about my needs and lied about everything. He used all his experience speak all right terms just enough to make me book. I wanted separate tickets but he made me to book one itieary for me & my spouse. I told him to reduce layover and he promised that he will work after booking ticket and later no response. In my last leg, just to change my tickets, now asking for $400 per person which is insane. If someone cares about my feelings, feel free to call me
