My experience with Sandra at FlashBay has been nothing short of professional, accommodating, efficient and very pleasant. The company delivered as promised as well but my experience with Sandra was the reason I continuously ordered.

We just needed some USB sticks with two different logos on two sides, but for some reason, nobody I spoke to could offer that - until I discovered Flashbay. Not only they produced exactly what we were wishing for, but did so in a very easy, professional and super fast way! Rebecca Frank was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and made the process very pleasant and smooth. I would definitely recommend them!

From the first contact with Mr Jim Otakho, the experience was awesome. Fast, friendly, and professional and the products are of a high quality to which we were looking for. Being able to request samples certainly made it easier for us to decide on which product and supplier we wanted to purchase from. As a result, I didnt hesitate to order other products and looking likely there will be re-orders.

Good service, very kind employees. The products are of good quality!

Renderings were done well and they gave me options for the design, the logo was used as sent. Communication was fast, as well as the shipment. I got the product in 2 weeks from the first e-mail and a Muster the second day after the first e-mail was exchanged.
What I didn’t like is the usage of plastic for individual packaging, claiming to be “plant-based”, (greenwashing, what does it mean?).
