I never received my package. It shows as deliverid by Hermes but I received nothing and Flaconi won’t even investigate the matter enough. What a shame.

Fast delivery, quality and cheap fragrances

Ordered Parfum and they put in 2 samples aswell. Don't see many companies doing that. Fast shipping.

I bought bond no 9 from flaconi in new yours night and is fake I paid 320euro am seriously angry right now. Please don’t make the same mistake I made. Be careful with your money.

I have successfully placed three orders with Flaconi in the past, but recently I have been unable to place any new orders because my payments keep getting declined.
I tried Apple Pay as well as two different bank cards, but none of them worked. I kept receiving a generic “Something went wrong” message. When I contacted customer support, they blamed Apple Pay and suggested using another payment method, even though I had already tried paying directly with my cards.
Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that my issue was properly investigated or that any real solution was offered. It’s frustrating because I was able to order from Flaconi without any problems before. I would appreciate a proper explanation and a solution instead of being asked to try payment methods that have already failed.
At this point, my shopping experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend the service with confidence.

I order ysl myself edp and on bottle it’s not witted eau de parfum im worried it might be fake

Item was delivered damaged. Shampoo spoiled the box and the papers, other content was dirty. I made photo of the damage, cleaned the other items and threw spoiled box away. Now they are asking parcel photos from all sides, shipping labels, packing and many others to get the refund... That is the service they provide. Newer again

I ordered a perfume which was supposed to be delivered in 5 days, we are a week past and the perfume is nowhere in sight! I want my money back! I don't need the perfume anymore!

They have lost a customer from today. Prices are good but customer service can be improved.

Empty package received - refund still not received

I placed an order with Flaconi, but unfortunately the package arrived empty. I immediately reported the issue and provided all the requested information, documents and evidence.

It has now been almost two months, and I am still waiting for my refund. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted customer service, but instead of a clear resolution, I keep receiving repetitive/template responses and requests for information that I have already provided.

I find it unacceptable that a customer who received an empty package has to wait almost two months for their money to be returned, despite fully cooperating and providing everything requested.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I will update this review if and when the refund is finally completed.

This is so wrong!!!!!
I was supposed to receive my items on the 18th of August, but it never showed up. I have bought for more than DKK 1200 as I trusted the company, that I have bought things from before.

I contacted customer service and they replied:

I asked them to send the items if they could be received no later than the 1st of September. NO ANSWERS. I have now sent them several emails stating that I want my money back. NO REPLY.

I expect that Flaconi refund my payment instantly as I did not expect this company to be a scam company.

Everything went well from purchase to delivery. Thank you!

I placed an order with new account registered. After more than 24 hours, I have not receive an order confirmation and my card has been charged. I tried to reach both online and telephone, both methods cannot flaconi.

They are great they just take a bit long

Recently, I bought the parfume Dubai Bahar at 1,112,00 zloties, i.e. 259 euros. I previously had the original Dubai Bahar and was absolutely delighted. It has a mesmerising frangrance, you can smell it from a disctance & it's really durable (a couple of days). This time, the bottle looked pretty much the same (at first), but that's the onlY resemblance. The fragrance is diffent, simply worse and -as you can guess - does not have the most important & wonderful sent notes. It's not at all durable, just a couple of minutes. My friends, who have been using the original parfume, say exactly the same. I feel devasteted having spent so much mony. Flaconi - never again!

**Terrible customer service and return experience.** Before ordering, I had already read reviews saying that returns become a nightmare, and unfortunately they were right. It's been over a month, and I'm still waiting for my refund because my return somehow "arrived empty." Their shipping partner, Hermes, has a well-known reputation for parcels going missing, yet the customer is left dealing with endless emails, forms, and delays. Instead of taking responsibility, they make the customer prove everything. Good luck if you ever need to return an item—you may be waiting for weeks with no resolution.

I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the service provided by Flaconi. I paid extra for Express delivery specifically because I needed my order before traveling abroad.
Not only was the shipment delayed, but the delivery attempt failed completely (the courier didn't even bother to ring my doorbell) and the package was simply dropped off at a postal branch. Since I am now away on a 3-week trip, it is physically impossible for me to pick it up, meaning it will just sit there and eventually be sent back.
As a result, I am left without the item I desperately needed for my trip, and my money is tied up. Paying extra for an Express service that fails this miserably is a complete scam. I had to open a dispute via PayPal just to get my own money back.
Zero customer care, unreliable shipping partners, and a complete waste of time and money. I will NEVER order from Flaconi again!

I never received my order and at first they refunded it but now they are asking me again for the money, threatening legal action. I have been shopping online for many years and never had such a TERRIBLE experience before. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO SHOP THERE!
