We sincerely regret that your orders were cancelled multiple times, especially when it appeared that the ordering process had already been completed successfully. Unfortunately, we were unable to investigate or fully understand the situation based on your review alone, as no order number or further details were provided. It is certainly not our intention to give customers the impression that orders are being deliberately prevented or that payments are being processed without a valid reason. We would very much like to look into your case in greater detail and understand the reason behind the repeated cancellations. Wir bedauern sehr, dass es im Rahmen Ihrer Bestellungen zu mehrfachen Stornierungen gekommen ist, insbesondere wenn der Eindruck entsteht, dass der Bestellvorgang bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Anhand Ihrer Bewertung konnten wir den Vorgang jedoch leider nicht näher prüfen oder nachvollziehen, da uns keine Bestellnummer oder weitere Angaben vorliegen. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with how your order was processed. In principle, we can only process the details that are actively provided by our customers during the ordering process and confirmed before the order is finalised. It is therefore not possible for our system to change the delivery address independently or to automatically use other address details. We cannot, therefore, confirm the impression you have formed. Against this background, we assume that an incorrect address must have been entered during the ordering process. Furthermore, it is correct that we only have a very short window of time to cancel an order once it has been received. This option is also available to our customers themselves via their customer account or the order overview after the order has been finalised. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed and handed over to our dispatch team, it is no longer possible to make subsequent changes to the delivery details or to cancel the order. We very much regret that this has caused you inconvenience and hope that we have nevertheless been able to clarify all outstanding issues.

Schade, dass Sie mit dem Ablauf Ihrer Bestellung nicht zufrieden waren. Grundsätzlich können wir die Daten verarbeiten, die im Bestellprozess aktiv durch unsere Kunden angegeben und vor Abschluss der Bestellung bestätigt werden. Eine selbstständige Änderung der Lieferanschrift durch unser System oder ein automatischer Rückgriff auf andere Adressdaten ist daher nicht möglich. Den entstandenen Eindruck können wir somit nicht bestätigen. Vor diesem Hintergrund gehen wir davon aus, dass es im Bestellvorgang zu einer abweichenden Adressangabe gekommen sein muss. Darüber hinaus ist es richtig, dass wir nach Eingang einer Bestellung nur ein sehr kurzes Zeitfenster für eine Stornierung haben. Diese Möglichkeit steht unseren Kundinnen und Kunden nach dem Bestellabschluss auch selbst über das Kundenkonto beziehungsweise die Bestellübersicht zur Verfügung. Sobald die Bearbeitung und Übergabe an unseren Versandprozess erfolgt ist, können nachträgliche Änderungen der Lieferdaten oder Stornierungen leider nicht mehr vorgenommen werden. Wir bedauern sehr, dass dies in Ihrem Fall zu Unannehmlichkeiten geführt hat und hoffen, dass wir alle offenen Punkte dennoch aufklären konnten.

Regarding the delivery issue, we understand how frustrating it must have been that your parcel could not be delivered. According to the information provided by the carrier, the delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the bell could not be located. Whe have no idea why. As the delivery process itself is carried out by DHL, we unfortunately have no influence over the actions taken by the forwarder during the delivery attempt. With regard to the E-Mail correspondence, we would like to acknowledge that your concern was valid. The E-Mail address variation you used is technically linked to the same Gmail mailbox. Unfortunately, our customer service team was not aware of this functionality at the time and therefore could not correctly assess the situation. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
At the same time, we hope you understand that our agents must carefully follow data protection and security procedures when handling customer inquiries. These measures are intended to protect our customers' personal information and are applied in good faith to ensure account security. We regret that the combination of the delivery issue and the misunderstanding regarding your E-Mail address resulted in such a disappointing experience.
