I placed an order in April which was delivered. Now, without my request, the amount has been deducted again and an identical order has been sent. When I placed the order, there was no mention of a signature. I also can't find anything related to that on the website. It's a deceptive way to sell more products. I'm not happy and I don't recommend it.

5% foam bottle’s pump leaks crazy.
The last time I purchased this I liked the product but the bottle's pump was leaking (all three bottles which I bought)…I ended up having to waste a lot of product because it leaked severely every time I traveled, spilling everywhere.
I just talked with their customer service and they told me bottle design is not changed and they gave me solution that you should always keep the bottle in vertical position to avoid leakage…how is that possible that you keep it always vertical during flights in your bags.
Pathetic that they can’t make a pump for a bottle even 2/3 euros products are capable of making bottles with good pumps.
