Product hasnt arrived yet and no one from customer service will reply to help. Close to a month now and its not updating, I csnt contact ups either.
Update - they gave me another email to contact but wont reply to me on that one either.
Final update - finally got in contact, refunded me and said I can keep the missing shipment if it shows which it did which is nice. Now to try product!

This company by FAR has the best customer service I have ever encountered. We had a product issue, and the client service sorted it out in literally half an hour and the replacement product was at our doorstep within 2 days.
The customer service and the product itself is top-notch and I can recommend Foligain to any wanting to use monoxidil.

Second Review
Updating my review again: unfortunately my second order to Canada is now showing the same issue as the first shipment that was eventually refunded.
The tracking has been stuck in repeated export/processing scans for over two weeks with no Canada arrival or local carrier possession. I have also sent multiple emails to customer service and have not received any response.
I wanted to give FOLIGAIN another chance after the first shipment issue, but the communication and shipping experience has been extremely frustrating so far. If you happen to live in Montreal, don’t bother you will never see your order.
