I bought 3 items, 2 were damaged
I bought 3 items, 2 of them came damaged. One of them had a broken zipper and the other had defects along the zipper sew line.
None of the items had any tags to indicate that they were new and they were not ironed as you'd expect new clothes to be. They probably weren't considering the condition in which they arrived.
I reached out to support so that I can return the items and although they were nice and quick to reply, they also informed me that they do not offer free returns for Portugal. This means I had to end up paying for the return due to items that were damaged. I will not be buying again as I expected better quality considering the price.

No pockets for women
I purchased men's sweatpants from emp 2 years ago. They were fine. The black dye washed out fast so they were a weird brownish colour where black should be. They were true to size and comfortable enough so I decided to request a similar pair but from the women's range.
The don't have pockets. I cannot use these for anything because they are missing a key function EMP happily provide men's clothing. They are not alone in this but I am so tired of having to buy ill-fitting men's clothing so I can have pockets so I don't have to juggle my phone, purse, keys and dog. It is 2024 and it is deeply disappointing that companies still wish to punish women with inferior products at the same prices as men's products.

No Prepaid Returns
Items are not true to size and EMP do not offer pre-paid label returns, so to return an item, you have to pay extra out of pocket. Do not recommend.

Awful experience, poor quality finishing
Awful experience. Purchased 2 tshirts, one quite light. Logo oversized in proportion on 1 tshirt, logo may be for a larger size shirt than the med t shirt I got, looks wrong in comparison to website photo. Also both logos are brighter, as if printed to order, poor logo, sticky. On one t shirt, the transfer / logo seems to have a black margin, so now there are two shades of black on the front of the t shirt. Purchased in sale, wouldn't wear even if free. Total waste of money and energy. Avoid.

Unhappy customer…
In July purchased 2 iron maiden clothing for my nephew who lives in Spain. He always wears medium but on this occasion they were far too small.I explained the problem to them when I went to Spain last week and on my return to uk. No exchange as over the 30 days I asked if they would make an exception as items in stock but they didn’t want o know. No leeway whatsoever.First and last order with them.
