I ordered a battery on Friday. On Monday I got an email saying the parcel would “arrive soon” so I waited at home, but was unable to track the parcel at DHL. I complained after three days and was told the parcel was stuck in Customs and because of this tracking did not work. It was only on Friday that I was advised that the parcel was in DHL hands. The parcel arrived on Monday one week after I was advised it would arrive “soon”.

Send them a message about a problem with vacuum cleaner motor I ordered with them . I got message back that it will be replaced. This is a shop you can trust, great service.

I ordered 2 vacuum batteries. After 9 months, one died and the other one looked suspicious (melted plastic around the contacts). I sent them an email asking about their guarantee and an hour later they refunded the full amount.

I will definitely buy again from them.

Used a couple of times for spares unavailable in the UK market. Electropapa does a good job of supplying the spares market with very precise product specs and trouble free international online ordering,shipping and customer service. Can thoroughly recommend.

I ordered a Festool Systainer Foam insert for my Festool track saw, as the original had collapsed in a heap of plastic parts.
After ordering a new one from Electropapa it took a little bit longer than estimated to arrive, however Elizabeth and her team quickly came to my rescue and corrected the situation.
Several months ago I ordered a new vacuum motor for my brother's Festool dust extractor, and Electropapa were the only company I could find who could offer a direct alternate replacement.
A great company to deal with I give 10 out of 10.
I definitely purchase from Electropapa, because if they don't have it in stock it's probably not made any more!
The cost I find is comparable to anywhere I have ever found out there online. Placing an order is so easy too.
The delivery services they use I think is something they pride themselves on and stand behind them 100%.

Wanted to replace an old battery that no longer worked. It was easy to find the parts on the website. Tech support responded to my questions the next day. Great service.

I emailed the company to find out if the battery I was looking at was compatible with my bike. I received an email immediately to say they would deal with my question. The next day I was asked to send some photos which I did and the reply confirmed it was a suitable battery replacement for me. I have ordered the battery and waiting for delivery.

Not recommended. I ordered an e-bike battery, but it only works intermittently. I cleaned the contacts, but that didn't help. It feels unsafe that the battery doesn't work reliably.
My original battery works every time, but it doesn't have much capacity left.
I wouldn't recommend trying to save money by buying here. I regret it.

Ordered a battery via Amazon

No valid tracking ID was ever received, simple told it was dispatched Via Deutsche Post. Since then no communication has ever been received.
Item has not arrived, and they do not answer Amazon Messages. Had to escalate to Amazon.

Do not use.

Faulty item sent. After a bit of back and forth, they agreed to a return. I have sent the return back (and have DHL Proof of postage), however they are now ignoring my emails, and have not processed the refund. Happy to take this review down if you’re able to resolve this, otherwise my next step will be a credit card charge back and report to trading standards.

I ordered 2 times at electropapa both of the times the order came very late the first time it was like 4 days and the second one has not even arrived yet eventho it should have 3 days ago but its not that bad

the website wouldn't process the captcha, then even ofering a non-paypal route for payment, would not process the payment without it being viaa paypal
