So far, everything is going well. In three days, I'm leaving for my first vacation to Turkey. I chose this travel agency because it seems okay to me, but time will tell. It would be great to win 250 euros, so I could use it to buy gifts for my loved ones. It's worth a try.

Fantastic hotel and beautiful location!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed from start to finish. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a clean, crystal-clear blue sea and a private, long beach.
The staff work incredibly hard and are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was also excellent, with a different theme every day, including Mexican, Greek, Moroccan, seafood, and more. Breakfast was especially good, with plenty of choice.
The entertainment was fantastic too, both for children and adults, so there was always something fun to do.
The hotel also offers massages and facial treatments, which are definitely worth trying!
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

1 Star – Misleading Booking Information and Terrible Customer Service
On 31 July, I booked and paid for what was advertised as a 7-night, 8-day holiday to Mallorca.
My flight departs Amsterdam on 7 August at 19:50 and lands in Palma at 22:15. My return flight leaves Palma on 13 August at 22:25 and lands in Amsterdam at 01:00 on 14 August.
When I checked my booking, I noticed that my hotel reservation ends on 13 August. D-reizen’s customer service told me this is still considered an 8-day holiday because I arrive back in Amsterdam on 14 August.
That completely misses the point. I am not questioning the flight schedule—I am questioning the hotel stay. If a holiday is sold as 7 nights / 8 days, then checking into the hotel on 7 August should mean checking out on 14 August, resulting in 7 hotel nights. Instead, my reservation appears to include only 6 hotel nights.
I asked to speak with a manager, but my request was refused.
I also sent a detailed email with screenshots and my reservation number three days ago, and despite my holiday starting on 7 August, I have still received no response. Ignoring a customer just days before departure is unacceptable.
I expected D-reizen to investigate the issue instead of giving a misleading explanation that has nothing to do with the number of hotel nights included in the package.
Very disappointing customer service. I hope this issue is resolved before my departure.

The number of days shown in our offer refers to travel days. In this case, the day on which you arrive back in Amsterdam also counts as part of the total trip duration. This does not automatically mean that the same number of hotel nights is included.
When a booking is confirmed, we may reasonably assume that the travel schedule, flight times and included components have been reviewed before finalising the reservation. We understand that the distinction between travel days and hotel nights can be confusing, but the itinerary and inclusions form part of the booking information provided before confirmation.

Highly Recommended for Family Holidays
