I was disappointed in the final product. The samples and proofs look good over the pictures I was sent. The patch was great but the quality of the hat was not what I expected.

Terrible communication, low quality service
**Update
Received an email today (March 5th, two months after the initial order was placed, and three weeks since the first review) informing me the 6 remaining hats they ordered from their supplier were also damaged and they would need to go with a different provider. I was given the option to go with the more expensive Otto or Richardson hats, which they would pay the difference on. My issue now is I have 6 hats of one style, and would need to order 6 hats of a different style, and present them to the parents who all paid the same amount for the hats I showed them when they purchased. I considered ordering 12 hats all from Otto, but I don't feel comfortable giving this company any more money. The communication never improved, and the apology wasn't genuine. I ordered 12 custom hats from a competitor, and will obviously not use them in the future..
Terrible communication. Didn’t find out there was an issue until I called 6 weeks after ordering. Was told there was a quality control issue and the remaining hats have been reordered. Won’t use again.

Hi Stephen, replying back to your update - We want to clarify that while we strive to ensure the highest quality products, we do not have direct control over the items received from our vendor. When we identify any defects, we promptly request replacements. However, if the vendor continues to provide defective products, it’s unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate your feedback!
