First time I used a travel agent in a very long time. I was able to engage in conversation for travel options. Fabrizio provided options that weren’t apparent if I pursued directly with the airline. Further, he snagged a deal that provided business class upgrade. I was happy. Oops - I forgot to include TSA number. No problem: promptly corrected with follow up email. Net: terrific service with reduced stress and same or less costs.
