I did want to receive moscito net from them, they provided transport and tracking no, Item didnt receive, I wasnt getting any help at they support, what is meaningless. Transport company didnt help me either. Beware, dont order from them!

Quality and prices are good. Shipment is fast only delivery with the external carrier is little bit slow. I had a reclamation of damaged package. The helped me very well and really friendly. This is an example for a lot of other companies how they should treat there customers. Top Service.

Still waiting on delivery after almost 3 weeks of ordering, Update , in meantime after 4 weeks order received which is unfortunately damaged put a ticket in system of AVOSDIM with photos attached but untill now no reaction. I have tried to cancell order several times as I needed the tubes 2 weeks ago, but there was no response on this request only request I received they are sent, and as said after 4 weeks received but damaged..package 247488ES20250615

Absolutely useless! I ordered a blind for my velux, it took 6 months to be delivered and i had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. now it just keeps falling apart. The blind just shoots open. I've had to glue the bottom parts to stop it as they kept falling out. Now the blind itself keeps falling out of the guide strips. We have followed all of the videos for installation and my husband is a mechanical engineer so I don't think it's our fault especially as the other genuine velux blinds work perfectly. Do not economise on these products, it's a waste of money.

Having previously bought a shutter from this company I recently ordered wifi blinds but can't speak french. I exchanged endless amount of emails with R*****c who very patiently dealt with all my questions replying in english and helping me to complete my order online. The blinds are perfect and are of decent quality. The operating motors are very quiet. The app is simple to work making blinds easy to set.The cost is half the price the blinds cost in the UK. Shame they don't deal with the UK market anymore. Love the blinds! Thankyou Avosdim.

Spent my whole morning to install a net protector for a roof window. Seemed to be OK to fit, quality of the material was OK. The opening and closing was a bit harsh and tricky to do. But the locking mechnism.... what were they thinking
This little bit of plastic you put at the end .. Terrible. As soon as it is locked, yoh have no chance of opening it.

Be careful of this website !! it's a scam !! they have send me an engine that is not working, and then they refused to send me prepaid return bill. They are not serious. they have taken my money ! Theefs !!

Wonderful after sales service from a thoughtful and attentive team. I've never had a faster and more helpful response from anyone, Morgan was really above and beyond my expectations. Great experience all around.

What a disaster ! Ordered 3 simple blinds on 3/7 with an estimated 2 week delivery time. After a month, with no communication from them at all, I emailed them and got a reply a couple of days later saying that they were behind schedule and that I should receive my blinds in a couple of weeks. Finally received a package on 19/8 - six weeks after order placed - only to find it only contained 2 out of 3 blinds ! After another email to support and reply 2 days later I am now waiting to receive the missing blind. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SIMPLY AWFUL.

AvosDim... it is difficult to know where to start.
I wish TrustPilot could offer zero stars for reviews.
October 2021 I ordered, received and fitted two window mousquitaires - very pleased.
So, I went back intending to order two large door mousquitaires and three window blinds. Thank goodness I only ordered one door mousquitaire!
Ordered 27 May for expected delivery by 10 June 2022 - on 9 June I chased up hoping for a specific time/date and suddenly my order was ready and dispatched.
Then the bad news starts... AvosDum offer free delivery. In France that means it is highly unlikely to ever arrive. DB Schenker are their chosen operator who sub-contract to possibly the worst courier in Europe - "Transport Biau" from Béziers.
'Suivi ma commande' is useless. Updates mean nothing and delivery has still not taken place (26/6) despite it being 40km away since 11/6/22.
Contacting AvosDum is impossible. Their SAV do not answer the telephone, and email response does not address the issue highlighted - clearly they do not read the message, in French or English.
AvosDim suggested I had to contact the delivery agent but Transport Biau company do not answer their telephone (read their reviews for a giggle) [I am not going to them to collect my package].
I have suggested to AvosDim that I would happily pay extra to have a proper courier such as DPD or DHL deliver my parcel - more chance of seeing my damaged cardboard box with them.
I will be applying a chargeback or Section 75 recharge for my order, which is a shame as I still want my mosquito screens.
Adrien Lombart (founder of AvosDum) publicly stated he wants to be the "(James) Dyson of his field" - hilarious!! Sir James should not have his name associated with this appalling outfit who are not fit to be in business.
And, finally... do not fall for the misleading 'Coffret Sérenité' rubbish. There is no such thing as a VIP client for AvosDim and I do not actually believe there are any customer service representatives on the payroll to deal with the complaints and shoddy service provided.

We eventually received our mousquitaire from AvosDim, before the chargeback was actioned on the credit card - even though there was no prior response, perhaps multiple emails had an effect?
I can now add I received a package that was totally intact, the screen was very easy to fit, the measurements were close (not exact) to those I submitted for manufacture and that it does the job perfectly.
Why, oh why did it have to be so difficult? Am I prepared to give AvosDim another chance so I have matching screens? I might just do that - depending upon the value of their 'geste commerciale' that they have indicated they will offer us.

I ordered roller shutters many months ago. When they finally arrived they were damaged. I was told I would receive replacement damaged parts. Again that was months ago. I have emailed many many times and about 2 weeks ago after confining they had serious customer service problems, they offered a refund of around 10% as a gesture of good will for their incompetence. Guess what ?? Not arrived! They have only been consistent in failing to deliver.
I read with interest the MD Mr Adrien Lombard giving a speech saying how he wanted his company to be as big and successful as Dyson. He appears to be illucinating about his ability to run a dysfunctional company

The company is genuine and do state a three week order process which has taken longer with the latest world pandemic. Sometimes email queries took a couple of attempts but they do respond and sort any issues or answer order questions fully. The products (fly door screen and window screens) were cut to the exact size, lightweight and keep those mosquitoes/flies out well. I found laying all the pieces out easier for translating the pictorial instructions and where/how it all goes together. My advice, not to rush and understand the process step by step, its easier than first impression. I had a couple of items missing but those were sent without any issues using dpd who inform you of the whole process from pick to delivery. I have used Avosdim again as the products look and do the job well and would not hesitate to recommend, especially being so competitively priced. There are poor ratings however the company is genuine and will respond and fully complete the order, just a little patience is required.

After 1 month of waiting time, after asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded more than once, it arrived. It arrived and it was assembled by two people.
Would I recommend the company? No.
Too much waiting time, flimsy product, no one ever picks up the phone if you try to contact them.
Pay more to someone else to get the product worth the money.
